Sangat kecewa!!! Pelayanannya sangat buruk. Resepsionis yang jutek tidak ada sama sekali senyumnya, Kamar sangat kotor, laci masih banyak abu rokok tamu sebelumnya, Shower bocor, saluran air rusak tidak ada konfirmasi terlebih dahulu dan air masih sangat kotor, dikasih towel hanya 1 dan tidak ada compliment waternya.MINTA PINDAH KAMAR GA DIKASIH MANA BILANGNYA SEMUA KAMAR SAMA, kalo emamg kamar²nya trouble harusnya di benahin dulu baru open lagi untuk tamu. Harga tertera murah sampe hotel mau cek in di tolak karna ada kebijakan harga dibawah 175 harus di tolak , Management yang tidak terkoordinir dengan baik, untuk harga bisa di setting oleh management so harusnya digandi dulu atau di close saja untuk harga tsb. Lokasi strategis tapi untuk kepuasan dalam menginap sangat tidak puas.Popular Facilities
