Udah pesen pas didatengin ternyata katanya sementara ga beroperasi gara2 di protes warga. Pas dijelasin kalo di aplikasi Tiket.com masih bisa dipesan tempatnya, orangnya malah nyalahin pihak aplikasinya dan bilang sementara tutup kok di aplikasinya masih tersedia. Harusnya penyedia jasa bisa menonaktifkan tempat agar tidak bisa diakses atau dipesan oleh konsumen. Dan malah diminta melakukan refund ke pihak Tiket.com, padahal jelas2 di aplikasi tertulis tidak bisa dilakukan refund. Sudah saya proses tapi dana belum dikembalikan.
