Bangunan hotel 3 lantai, model lama dengan warna dominan putih ini terletak strategis di pertigaan jalan A. Yang dengan Jalan Sama Ratulangi, dekat tempat wisata pantai Malalayang, Mal Mega Masmantos, Plaza Watean dan pos polisi pukul dipojok serta antena komunikasi di lantai atas. Fasilitas AC, TV, bathtub, laundry, rental mobil harga Rp 275.000, Malam dengan diskon Rp 245.000.
