Tempatnya sih enak enak aja. Ini lebih ke kostan sih. Kayaknya juga bs kalo mau kost udah berkeluarga. Kamar hitungan wow besarnya. Ada dapur malah. Kamar mandi besar. Pokoknya dalam kamar anda bs berdansa dan menari sangking luasnya. Bangunan baru jd masih kokoh sangat. Gaya bangunan homestay tipikal modern Jawa family bgt. Lampu putih terang benderang skali. Keamanan terjamin karena ada penjaga 24 jam. Bagi yg bawa motor bisa di bawa masuk. Tapi. Kalo mobil tidak bisa. Kunci kamar masih manual kunci. Ada area solat di luar kamar. Di dalam kamar juga ada petunjuk kiblat. Funiture masih baru semua. Tempat tidur gaya eropa rasa pengantin baru hahaha. Disediakan handuk, sikat gigi dan odolnya serta air mineral setiap hari di kasih baru (kalo minta). Kl ngak ya wes lah. Area ramai banyak tempat makan bahkan kalo sakit di depan penginapan ada apotik langsung. Laundry jg ada cuma agak jalan aja ke komplek perumahan belakang. Gojek grab ramai pasti di ambil lah. Ke stasiun gubeng masih 2 km ya deket ke mall grand City surabaya. Secara lokasi ini di deket pasar ya ya pasar basah lah. Jd kebayang aja ya situasinya bukan dkt area gedung2 tinggi. Awal nyampe ya agak susah mencarinya karna sign boardnya rada kedalam. Kalo sore Ke malam jangan kaget kalo disana rada ribut aja d luar kamar, karna penjaga yg ada disana yg jaga banyak wanita dan suka bawa anak kesana nah lumayan aja suara2nya kalo anak2nya pada main di luar kamar. Blm lagi kalo sesama penjaga juga lagi ngobrol lebih sering kedengeran ngobrol apa karna kenceng. Tapi ya penjaganya baik2 kok. But maybe perlu di kontrol itu aja. Tiap tamu sometimes pengennya kalo dah penginapan tenang aja kan suasananya. Air kamar mandi sedang aja keluarnya. Namun bisa ada air panasnya jd enak aja. Meski harus di tunggu beberapa detik dulu br konek dr mindahin gagang airnya. Cleanliness is maintained neatly. Classic historical atmosphere. Lively surroundings. Parking is well organized.
