The service provided by the hotel is exceptional. The owners are exceptionally hospitable, accommodating, and quick to respond to requests for transportation and snorkeling excursions. The breakfast provided is delicious. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the bathroom is exceptionally spacious.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing us with the best possible experience. The rooms and facilities were impeccably clean. However, i would not recommend renting a scooter anywhere else. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend it.

What a tiny neighborhood gem! The accommodations were cozy and immaculate. The breakfast was delectable and fresh. Additionally, you can hear the waves crashing just past the boundary wall. However, i was unable to appreciate the generosity of the people who run the establishment. They made my little one special pancakes and offered me complimentary hot tea whenever i could. They were eager to assist and responded quickly to all inquiries. To be honest, they dont charge enough!.

It was a little noisy at low tide, and we were disappointed you cant swim at the beach, but otherwise amazing. Beautiful view, very nice family running it who really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy, very close to good food and a lovely reggae bar. Best as a base for your adventures! One recommendation if you are very experienced and very brave, dont ride a scooter around the island. The main road is pretty typical of bali driving, but other roads arent always paved and even if they are, they are usually very busy windy, twisty, narrow, and dangerous. Many people get hurt, especially with how far everything is from one another. We had a very scary experience getting to crystal bay beach and didnt want to ride home but didnt have any alternatives.

I arrived early and had to check in early. The owner was very humble and helped us in many ways. The room is clean, the air conditioning is good, the bed is comfortable, and the hot water is amazing! Stunning view! I must see the sunrise and the clear mountain view. The location is great, close to many restaurants, warung, markets, easy access but very quiet at night.

The location of this hotel is very close to the sea beach but only one room has a view. The rest of the room has no view from the window. The small garden area is neat and tidy with lots of trees and flowers. The rooms are quite large and the bathrooms are large but not well furnished. The staff are very good. Breakfast is only available and free.

The host treats guests like family, they first come and offer coffee or tea, after exploring penida they also offer coffee or tea again. The host is very friendly and provides clear instructions or recommendations about the route and the condition of the streets in penida. What about the room? Dont worry, they provide very comfortable rooms with spacious bathrooms. We recommend using the fastboat that goes to buyuk, kutampi, or sampalan harbour. The host provides a free pickup service at the 3 piers. They also offer motorbike rental at a price of idr 70 k and i also thank you for helping us transfer the fastboat from sygening to idola when returning to sanur.

Tempatnya bagus, bersih, menghadap ke laut. Bli atau mbak yang menjaga juga baik dan ramah. Semuanya baik-baik saja di hotel. Satu-satunya downside adalah lokasinya yang cukup jauh dari Pelabuhan Banjar Nyuh, jika memesan mobil harus membayar 150 ribu, sedangkan pelabuhan dari Sampalan lebih dekat.
