The place is rundown and very 90 s even by balinese standards. The staff is very nice and helpful and will give you a mossie spray can, but the place was serviced badly and not new. Only the tv would be considered new! The bathroom and toilets along with the kitchen need to be upgraded immediately. Our shower and restroom were outside so it attracted many msies at night without the daily massie coil. This is no luxury, maybe it was in the early 1980 '80 r / 80 er or 1990 ers (the bathtub reminds me of utmost television sitcoms like golden girls) but photos are misleading as nothing looks new etc. We only stayed there for 2 nights and thank god otherwise my girlfriend wouldnt have been able to stay longer.

The best accommodation we stayed in during our trip. The pool villa was stunning, and we upgraded to it. However, the service was outstanding. All the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. We are grateful for this experience.

We had originally reserved 6 nights for the allamanda suite, but we only stayed there for 2 nights and then 2 at the Lotus villa and the final 2 days at bovigville villa. Lotus Villa was our favorite because of its layout and spaciousness. All villas are wellequipped with utensils and cutlery, as well as a microwave. The allanandata Suite was really large and had balinese architectural touches, however due to the outdoor living area concept, i was visited by tampering with my food, so he left after the first 2 evenings. Our sincere gratitude to wayan, who did his best to keep the cat away, and also the management for allowing us to make the various changes to both the lotus villa or the bougaville house. Although the place is incredibly worn out, the service is very impeccable and meticulous. We met made at checkin and showed us around the area and apartment, including beautifully made swan towels and roses on the bed while celebrating our wedding, which we appreciate. Housekeeping is extensive, yet they are always meticulous in making sure everything is in top shape to ensure our maximum comfort. Before we returned in the evening, they would have thoughtfully prepared insects incense in their outdoor areas and turned on air conditioning. They also generously offer Netflix in every room. Will return here! Even for a brief onenight visit, i adored this location. The personnel were incredibly kind and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and delivered right to your room. Rooms that are roomy and cozy with tvs are equipped with minifridges. There was countless pools area.

I am happy with this hotel, my husband and i stayed here for 3 nights and booked the entire villa. Everything is proper and the team comes twice a day, one in the morning to clean and another in late at night to put sanitize the bugs. The kindness of the people working there is remarkable. A great place to enjoy seminyak.

We stayed at the citta for 12 nights and were impressed with the beautiful gardens surrounding the pool. The staff welcomed us at airport and the transfer was smooth. At first there were many positives about the Cittata, but it became apparent that it needed to be maintained and was quite worn out even by balinese standards. You have to cross the main sunset road busy intersection, which can be quite challenging for families. Taxis do not pass by frequently and require you to order one. Our phone system was broken and we had to call a cab every time. General property. This place is generally tired and in need of maintenance. When it was raining heavily, we would get leaks inside. Most of the water taps were loose and easily removed from the wall. Showers. All three properties, jasmine, lotus, and orchid, returned to our neighbors property after some heavy rain, where the hot water tank was shared with other properties and could run out faster. Dogs barking. After some rainstorms, the internet speed was fine for the first few days, however, it turned out that the facilities were subpar and that they didnt use up until it got cold. I think they must have overbooked the room i chose because they gave me a different villa, but there are no complaints because it was larger than what ive booked. There are 5 villas on the grounds, two of them are next to each other, while the other three are all separate buildings and one large pool in the middle. You have incredibly privacy here! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had two cousins who werent staying but had to go to the airport the evening of my first night of stay, and they graciously allowed them to hang out with us in our room and use the pool as well while they waited to leave. The villa was really big, with he large open space living room, kitchen, dining room etc., as did the bathroom. Also, there was crows and other debris on top of the shower. Its also worth noting that the place is dated, which isnt causing utmost worry, yet its still excellent value for money. However, when registering, ill mention that it takes ages to get to beach, although if you know, you should consider it.

We had a great time and would return. We stayed in the jasmine and Lotus villas, which opens up to be incredibly spacious 3 br villa as if we were bringing our group of three. It was wonderful to have the opportunity to enter the pool right away. If they were available, the staff is fantastic and will drop us off within seminyak. The villa is in pristine condition, with onsite convenience stores and spas nearby.

Very comfortable villa with excellent service. Very friendly staff. You can see them clean the garden in the early morning to keep the environment clean and wellkept. The villa circles around a beautiful swimming pool, which is, in my opinion, much larger than many other hotels in seminyak. I really enjoy spending time here and doing nothing. It also has sanitizing spa that can massage tired muscles and makes you feel like youre in heaven. A very high cp villa and i will definitely return.

During the nyepi, we stayed here. The property is spacious and tastefully designed. We had no issues with the villa because it was fully equipped. I cant recall his name, but the staff who checked us in were really kind. When the roads were closed due to the rain and the lack of sanitation at the pharmacy, he assisted me with a pharmacy run. This kindness will always stay with me in my heart.
