[Notice: All Guest Rooms Will Become Non-Smoking]
In response to many requests from our guests, all guest rooms will become non-smoking effective Tuesday, March 17, 2026.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to guests who smoke; however, a designated smoking area is available on the 3rd floor of the hotel.
In addition, we plan to install new smoking areas in the future. For all smoking, including heated tobacco products and e-cigarettes, we kindly ask that you use the designated smoking areas.
Cancellation policy is different for each rate plans. Please check rate plan details.
Notice of contracted parking lot discount rates revision. The new rate will be JPY 800 per night for a standard car from April 11, 2025.

【Notice of Hotel Exterior Wall Renovation】
We would like to inform you that exterior wall renovation work will be carried out during the period outlined below in order to ensure the building’s safety and maintain its appearance.
During the construction period, we will take every possible measure to minimize any inconvenience to our guests. This includes restricting noisy work to designated hours and thoroughly implementing safety precautions. Please note that some noise or odors may occur during the work.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation.

The bus stop "Shinmachi 2-chome" for the shuttle bus to Aomori Airport is a 3-minute walk away.
To follow the Invoice System, one receipt will be issued for each payment or transaction. Receipts that split the room fee for one night or for only part of the total amount cannot be issued.
