The location is actually close to kyoto station but not very close. You have to walk around 10 to 15 minutes to get there. I booked through their website and paid onsite. The staff are helpful and willing to help. There is a wash machine on the first floor if you want to do laundry. Nearby eon where you can buy bentos and other fresh seafood, and also maybe you could buy clothes or other goods inside!.

部屋はとても清潔で、2人で利用したのですが4人分ずつのタオルやお皿などが用意してあり快適でした。事前に駐車場や、部屋に置いてある机の大きさを聞いてたのですが机のサイズを測ってくださってりととても丁寧にそして迅速に教えていただき助かりました。フロント対応のスタッフの方もすごく感じのいい方だったので気持ちよかったです。イオンも近く歩いていける距離なので、便利でした。

If you want to cook your own food, this hotel apartment is ideal because it has an induction cooker and microwave. Aeon mall, kyoto station, and toji temple are all within walking distance. We enjoy the sound of the train passing by because its like an Arnold terminator movie theme. The washing machine is outside your room, but the shower room has a dryer. There was no housekeeping service during our fivenight stay, however they provided enough amenities to last us through the entire stay. Additional amenities are available from the front desk. If they have these, then this room will be perfect. Fulllength mirror, shelves or cabinets for storing clothing and belongings, hooks inside the toilet for hanging clothes. I highly recommend staying here when visiting kito.

I spent two nights here in 2022, the first being nearly teo. Months with my family before averaging almost ten months alone. I only have positive things to say about bon kyoto station. The rooms were spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious, fully furnished, comfortable, and equipped with good wifi. Although the hotel is near ypu rail, there isnt much noise throughout the day or at night. Because Ypu can barely hear trains passing by, it never bothered us. Excellent staff members were excellent they were extremely helpful, accommodating, etc. Mariko, who is essentially i believe, was one of my contacts, as well as elly at the front desk. Both are excellent individuals, but elsly was always pleasant to interact with, always smiling, ready to offer any advice that was required. They went above and beyond their obligations with me when ive received mail from the motel, even now that ill be back in the usa, im getting texts from them and asking what to do with them. It felt nice to me that the atmosphere was more personal than all the other hotels ives been to in kusumi, which is at least four more. Also, its reasonably priced. Thank you bon

Saat itu kami tinggal di Deluxe Family Room di lantai 1 dengan 2 tempat tidur double, 1 sofa (sofa bed) dan meja serta TV. Dapur dilengkapi dengan peralatan masak dan makan lengkap, sehingga Anda bisa menghemat biaya makan karena bisa memasak sendiri untuk sarapan atau makan malam kami disana. Lemari es dan microwave juga tersedia. Kamar mandi standar Jepang dengan air panas bathtub kecil yang nyaman untuk bersantai setelah lelah seharian berkeliling kota. Kamar mandi terpisah dari kamar mandi, juga dengan standar Jepang penuh dengan penghangat dan tombol pengaturnya. Kamar mandi juga memiliki pengering pakaian. Ada juga balkon di kamar. Layanan laundry tersedia di lantai bawah. Ada mall Aeon dan Family Mart tidak jauh dari apartemen ini. Kami merasa sangat nyaman di sini dan akan merekomendasikannya kepada keluarga yang membutuhkan apartemen dengan harga yang terjangkau, fasilitas lengkap dan lokasi yang dekat dengan stasiun Kyoto.

Perfectly adequate aparthotel to serve as a base for a few nights in Kyoto. Room was just about spacious enough for a family of four but a bit tight with the sofa bed out. Double beds were a bit soft (if you move, your partner moves!) and aircon wasn't best effective, though it did eventually cool the room down. Kitchenette was fine though no space to eat. TV was basic and a bit small. Typical Japanese bathroom (wet room for shower/bath separate from sink area and separate toilet). Friendly and helpful staff on check-in. Entrance to room (fourth floor) directly overlooked a local railway line - wasn't too noisy and actually we liked trainspotting anyway! About 15 mins walk from Kyoto station (though make sure you come out of the south side of the station) and more or less opposite a decent shopping mall with a big supermarket, though you have to cross a busy road to get there and you're awkwardly between two crossing points so it's a bit of a longer walk round. About 20 mins walk from the railway museum too, which was excellent.
