This hotel should be your first choice if youre searching for an upscale stay at a topnotch hotel in kawaguchiko. Make the reservation and reward yourself! Fufu wagukuchiki is so amazing that it is beyond words. The hotel is hidden on secluded hill but, despite its lack of weather, you can still enjoy sweeping views of Fujiyama. You can enjoy the little me-time by listening to the water dripping and birdchirping, and the rooms scent is soothing, which is complimented by dozens of wooden decorations that make you feel like you are in the mother nature. There is tidy hot spring on the balcony, where you may take in some alone time while listening as you relax. For breakfast and dinner, the hotel also serves highquality cuisine. In addition, only fewer members of the staff are fluent in english, but the crew is communicative. They are willing to assist, so thats not causing any issue.

The room is excellent and the food is fine, but the service is terrible. Its hard to believe they didnt offer welcome drinks and snacks for the room at a price of over 300,000 yen. To be honest, other hotels that cost about 1/3 of this amount are already serving those. The staff at the snack bar spent countless hours explaining the price each item at checkin even though it had price tags on them. When we were about to check out the next day, we discovered that by ourselves. They need more training on what should or shouldnt be explained to visitors during the check in process. For checkout, the staff printed three copies of my credit card receipts, which i have never seen anywhere. There are always only two copies with merchant and customer copies for credit cards purchases. I then replied, why do you need to print out three? He answered, one for you, another for us, and last for our credit union.

The process of obtaining a guest room was challenging. The room we stayed in was extremely spacious, allowing the entire family to sleep in slumber in an inviting setting. It was incredibly cozy and roomy. Sitting in bed and admiring the view of mount fuji from the balcony was truly breathtaking. Naturally, it would be more comfortable to lie in your own bathroom and observe mount Fuji. Both dinner and breakfast were prepared with special attention to detail, whether it was the reception, restaurant, corridor, or checkout service. I was overjoyed to see the mountain and how much food was consumed in the private room. All premium, fresh ingredients were used, and i was quite satisfied. High praise for the service provided by the hotel team. When the luggage was delivered to the car, the driver enthusiastically snapped posing for opulent photos of our family in front of the fufu hotel. Smart toilet. There are luxurious amenities and skin care products on the dressing table, which are really simple to use. Additionally, there are skincare oils that can remove makeup. For women, this place has rubber bands, hair bands

This hotel in kawaguchiko could be the best place to stay. The lobby and the room on the fourth floor (top floor) offer an amazing view of mount fuji. Japanese perfection is applied to the service. Ryuichi, master chef, serves delicious and wellprepared food that comes with a Michelin star rating.

Beautiful property with a view of mount fuji. The facilities are excellent. However, the englishspeaking staff has incredibly little communication. You wouldnt expect the japanese to speak english well, but this is merely $1 k usd per night. It is acceptable for poor english at an average hotel. But in my opinion, it is unacceptable for mediocre accommodations at this price range. There were several instances of miscommunication and lack of understanding from the staff. On the day we left, we missed our train and were 35 minutes late for the bike tour we had signed up for. Additionally, he had to wait an incredible 1 hour and 45 minutes to fill up our onsen bath in our room ruins our ability to enjoy our private onusen on our last morning, and the employees couldnt arrange for any breakfast options in the room. These three major incidents were enough to really frustrate and take away from our experience. Beautiful home, however, im not recommending it.

I didnt anticipate any shortcomings. Its one of the most enjoyable stays ever. Repurchasing is worthwhile. The resort hotel is incredibly cozy and warm. Ive heard that children are not permitted in the hotel, but ive not verified it.

This is the most beautiful hotel ive ever stayed in. Everything here is welldesigned and maintained, i cant find any flaw in it. The staff are very helpful and considerate. It should be the best place to relax after climbing up mount fuji.

The service, the room, and the food we had here were all excellent. We chose to take a bus instead of taking cabs because we made the mistake of not getting one. However, as we were trying to push them, they came out to greet us and took our bags from us. For our dinner and breakfast, we received excellent service. They would pack our rice into onigiri so that we could bring it back to our room for later snacking when we couldnt finish it. The rooms were also fantastic, with breathtaking views of mount fuji, which made waking up each day such cherished. Fantastic experience, i would return!.

This place is definitely worth a visit! The room offers incredibly beautiful views of mount fuji. The hot spring in the room is excellent, and the food and service are both delicious.

It was a very pleasant stay. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent. The hot spring in the room was also quite cozy. I recommend that everyone try it. Additionally, the hotel staff is extremely attentive. In the morning, i breathed in sanitized oxygen bar while gazing out over the stunning mount fuji.

The service provided by all the staff was exceptional. The room itself was fantastic, offering a direct view of mount fuji and an excellent onsen. It was ideal for unwinding and unsettling. Kaseiki last night was also outstanding, providing utmost comfort. I would give it five stars for all categories.

The room boasts a stunning view, overlooking both mount fuji and lake kawaguchi. The rooms television equipment is antiquated. It is impossible to connect the settop boxes loose plugs. Both the food and the service are excellent.

The hot spring with the view of mount fuji and kawaguchiko in the room is an excellent experience. The dinner provided by chef jing chu long yi was really enjoyable, as was his service from mr. Nakamura. All the staff provided attentive and considerate service. I will definitely be back here if i visit kwagukiko again.

The place felt very luxurious and exclusive the moment my wife and i walked up to the property tired from our journey to kawaguchiko. We were unable to reserve at a more popular ryokan nearby, but this one felt more unique and quiet. The location itself is more hidden from the main road, so the bus stop is merely stepping away. Our room was very comfortable and had secluded onsen just outside. Once it cleared up, we could see mount fuji directly outside our window. I also paid for breakfast on the premises and were served with incredibly upscale japanese and western dishes. Restaurant was also oriented so all seats faced the window with mount fijiki in the background. Every morning, ive left feeling full and energetic! The only complaint ill have is the surprising staffs lack of english language skills. It was manageable, however, it could be improved, especially if you had any special requests. Apart from that, the staff was courteous and attentive. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for an exclusive experience at their roocan view of mount Fuji.
