The hotel is good and the staff are friendly. Only drawback is that the breakfast is not varied and limited options are available. As for everywhere in Japan there is a language barrier. The area is quite central to some of the popular places to visit and many of them are walkable within a few km.

Rooms were very hot & stuffy even though the heating wasnt on. Air con did nothing. Window only opens a few inches. Nothing wrong with room but we spent a few very sleepless nights there due to room temperature

ホテルは大阪駅から少し離れていて、混雑する中で探すのが少々大変でした。また、大きな通りに面しているため、夜は外の音が気になりました。でも、それを上回るホスピタリティがありました。また利用したいです。

This hotel was absolutely stunning! Very clean, roomy, bright and comfortable overall. The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good, the furthest metro station was about a short walk of 800 meters. If you arrive in Osaka by train, this hotel is located only one stop away from Shin-osaka station by metro, which was very convenient since we took the bullet train from Tokyo. Our room had a very beautiful view as well which I loved! Since it’s a big building I’m pretty sure all of the rooms have a nice view. Will definitely book this hotel again next time I’m visiting Osaka!

Unexpected gem in Osaka! I selected this hotel for its great value but was surprised with its quality lobby, great staff and I am writing this review to say: the bed sheets were the cleanest I have ever seen in the world! They smelled like nothing. Like invisible. Like air. Like water. It was the cleanest and most comfortable we had in years. Also, the hotel lobby was very luxurious. Impressive. Highly recommend. Very safe neighborhood within walking distance of the Osaka train station.
