Accommodation tax: From April 1, 2026, an accommodation tax will apply due to local tax law revisions. The accommodation tax will be collected separately by the property at check-in. The accommodation tax is charged per night per person based on the room rate. If the room rate is less than JPY 6,000: none. If the room rate is JPY 6,000 or more: JPY 200 (per night per person). This refers to the room-only rate excluding meal charges and consumption tax. Even when paid in advance by credit card, the accommodation tax is to be paid at the property. Tax application conditions are defined by each municipality. Please check the municipality’s official website or contact the property for details. Taxes and similar charges may be changed or newly introduced without prior notice.
Bicycle parking: The hotel does not have a dedicated bicycle parking area, so please refrain from parking bicycles. For safety, hygiene, and equipment protection reasons, we do not accept bicycles into guest rooms or for storage within the building. Only if a bicycle is disassembled and stored in a bike bag will we accept it as luggage. Guests who wish to park bicycles will be directed to nearby municipal bicycle parking. Municipal bicycle parking is not reservable, and opening hours and fees vary, so please be aware of this in advance.
Notes: The special requests selectable at the time of booking for “baby crib” and “airport transfer” are not provided by the property.
Parking: The capacity is 32 vehicles and usage is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking fee: JPY 1,400 per day per vehicle (02:00 PM – noon the following day). Overtime additional fee: JPY 150 per 30 minutes. Vehicle restrictions: vehicle height 155 cm or less, 3-number vehicles not allowed. Weight: under 1,700 kg. If the on-site parking is full or your vehicle does not meet the restrictions, we will guide you to nearby metered parking lots. For details, please contact the accommodation directly.

The restaurant on the top floor (14th floor) is open only for breakfast and is not open for lunch or dinner.

In accordance with the invoice system, one receipt will be issued for each payment or transaction; receipts for one night's room charge or for only a portion of the total amount split cannot be issued.

Notice of Breakfast Price Revision Effective January 1, 2026 Due to rising food and operational costs, breakfast rates for reservations made on or after January 1, 2026 will be revised from JPY 1,870 to JPY 2,000 (tax included), and the children's charge (ages 7-12) will increase from JPY 935 to JPY 1,000. Please note that breakfast charges for existing reservations will remain unchanged.
