We had a great time here. Yes, as others have mentioned, the hotel is worn out and doesn't appear to have been renovated, but it was clean, service was great, it was peaceful, and exactly what we were looking for. Halfway through our vacation, we used this as a place to relax, where we did a lot of walking. It's approximately a 20-minute drive from Orotaku station. We reserved a shuttle, and while we were 5 minutes early for the stated pick-up time, the driver departed early because another visitor was early. I was a little upset first because they told me we had to wait an additional hour and a half for the next shuttle even though I made a reservation for the rp shuttle. After sending the driver back, I was shocked to discover that for the issue, they upgraded our room to an oceanfront room. The open-air bath's sunset view was amazing. We definitely want to stay here again and would certainly pay more for the oceanfront room. We did order some beer, wine, and cheese at the lounge. It's expensive but worth it. You also have a sunset view there. We didn't serve the meals because they were French and we really wanted to experience Japanese cuisine there. The aquarium was not available for us, but it's only about five minutes away from the hotel. The room included two bottles

The hotel needs renovation in particular, especially the furnishings, couches, walls, lighting, etc., which need to be improved. In my opinion, the ceiling cheater unit is the only thing new in our room. From reception to dining, everyone is welcoming and useful. However, they aren't fluent in English. It would be helpful if they could communicate in basic English, especially for visitors like us who don't speak Japanese. Our stay at the Neuschloss Hotel was enjoyable for my family's Chinese new year this year. We stayed for two nights. On a cliff, the view from the hotel is amazing, with a cliff overlooking the water. the otaku aquarium is only three minutes away, which is quite convenient. A delectable full Japanese style breakfast and a western set breakfast! It's a huge breakfast! The dinner menu was French, which was ok, but can be improved. Our room was on its way. Supper is delicious and most definitely practical! I have to highlight the hotels furniture, furnishings, walls, and lighting, among others, need to be updated. The cheater unit on the ceiling, in my opinion, is the only thing that was new in our room.

I highly recommend this amazing hotel. We just spent three nights here and had a great time. The hotel is designed in an old European style with heavy wooden dark furniture but this is part of it's charm. The views from the rooms are amazing, and a bath is mandatory. The staff was amazing and very helpful.

Although the room size was quite small and the furnishings were quite outdated, the view and the arrival were worth it.

The hotel is old and away from tourist destinations, inconvenient to access, but worth it. The view is fantastic, and the onset of the room was perfect for us to rest. The town taxi fare 200 yen. Breakfast was traditional, but early breakfast did not work for us. We got a large room with 2 single beds, and a tatami bed was also set up. The taxi to it costs 300 yen, which I took about 15 minutes.
