The location is excellent, the food is excellent, and the majority of the staff is excellent. Thank you, aki! Recommended! Renting a tokyobike from the hotel costs 2 k yen per day. Osaka is bikeable compared to other japanese cities.

Excellent service, the staff here are lovely and always willing to assist with even the most random requests, such as where is the best place to buy souvenirs. Excellent location, only a short walk from a wellconnected station, and the room was fantastic!.

Dari Stasiun Temmabashi, Anda harus menyeberangi jembatan dan berjalan kaki sekitar 3 menit. Staf berbicara bahasa Inggris dan sangat ramah. Alasan pertama saya memilih hotel ini adalah karena ada banyak restoran bagus di dekatnya, terutama sungai dan taman di seberangnya. The location is a bit far north but very close to a metro stop. The interior and atmosphere of the entrance/cafe area are great, we felt welcome right from the start. The rooms are a bit sparse but very clean and great for the price. You have to order room cleaning the day before at the reception.

This hotel is stunning, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Theres a cozy cafe on the first floor that has a hipster vibe. Since we are a tall couple, the bed was a bit small for two people, but aside from that, we had a comfortable stay.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. There is a delicious cafe on the main floor, the rooms are very clean and well stocked, and they host fun events occasionally! The rooms are small by north american standards, but perfect for a trip to japan where you barely get there (my husband and i comfortably shared a double room). Temmabashi station is also a 510 minute walk from the hotel! During our stay, i ended up getting quite sick. The hotel staff helped us cancel our dinner reservation, helped us try to contact an englishspeaking doctor, and offered extra blankets and pillows to make me more comfortable! It was very appreciated! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in osaka!.

I would definitely recommend it and would return! The staff is extremely friendly, attentive to guests needs, and always approachable. The rooms are comfortable, modern, and clean, making them ideal for those who speak english. The breakfast options are delicious. Additionally, the location is convenient, with easy access to local stations and the city center by taxi or walk. Its the best hotel experience ive ever had.

Overall, we had a pleasant experience and will definitely stay here again when we return to osaka. We stayed in osaka for 8 days and had a great experience at hotel noum. The staff were very friendly and helpful in so many ways and the place was very english friendly. The rooms were clean and aesthetic, the shower was strong and hot, and the toilet had every function you could think of. The hotel also has a coffee shop downstairs serving delicious coffee.

The hotel is magnificent. Has all on sight English speakers for anyone of that is a concern. The hotel is clean, and breakfast comes with your booking. The rooms are small, but expected in Japan. I can't emphasize enough how wonderful the staff was. They were so polite. I would stay here again without a doubt.

Nice hotel in a quiet location near public transport and lots of restaurants. Osaka castle is within walking distance. The rooms are small but very well equipped. Breakfast is also good.

The rooms at the Noum are not the largest I’ve ever seen but they are adequate as long as you don’t bring an entire double wardrobe with you. The en-suite on the other hand is big enough for a game of football. The staff is made up of some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Nothing was too much trouble and they were unfailingly pleasant and polite.. Breakfasts were beautifully prepared and cooked to perfection. Definitely worth the money.
