[About Check-in]
-The check-in after 11:00 PM is not possible.
-The hotel does not have 24-hour front desk service, and the front desk service closes at 10:00 PM.
-If guests under the age of 18 are staying alone, parental consent or accompaniment is required. Please submit a parental consent form at the front desk during check-in.
-If the consent form cannot be confirmed or if only guests under the age of 12 are staying, we cannot accommodate the reservation.
[Eco Cleaning Policy]
-As part of our new environmentally friendly initiatives, for guests staying multiple nights, room cleaning will be limited to eco-cleaning (replacement of towels and bath mats, and trash disposal only).
However, based on health department guidance, full cleaning will be conducted once every four days for hygiene purposes.
-Towel sets (bath and face towels / 1 set per night) are provided free of charge.
-If you wish to request additional full cleaning, the front desk by 11:00 PM the day before. Full cleaning includes room cleaning, bathroom cleaning, bed-making, and sheet replacement. Additional full cleaning fee: JPY 800 per session, payable on-site.
[Smoking Policy]
-All rooms in our facility are non-smoking. We cannot accommodate requests for smoking rooms made at the time of reservation.
[Pet Policy]
-The hotel does not allow pets of any kind or size. Bringing pets into the premises (including inside vehicles) is also prohibited.
Starting 1 July 2026, changes in local tax regulations will require guests to pay an Accommodation Tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property at check-in.
The tax is determined based on the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows:
【Accommodation Tax from 1 July 2026, onwards】
For all room rates: JPY 200 per person per night

Additional conditions:
For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “room rate” shall refer to the room-only rate, excluding meal charges and consumption tax.
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in, even if you have paid by credit card in advance.
