【Eco Cleaning Policy】
As part of our environmental initiatives, for consecutive stays, we provide "eco cleaning" (towel and bath mat replacement, and trash removal only).
In accordance with public health office guidance, a full cleaning will be performed once every four days for hygiene reasons.

Towel sets (bath and face towels, one set per night) are provided free of charge.

If you would like an additional full cleaning, please inform the front desk by 11:00 PM the day before.
Full cleaning includes room and bathroom cleaning, bed making, and sheet replacement.The additional full cleaning fee is 800 JPY per time, payable on site.

【Smoking Policy】
■ All rooms are non-smoking. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for smoking rooms.

【Pets Policy】
■ Our hotel does not allow pets of any kind or size. Please refrain from bringing pets into the hotel or onto the premises (including in vehicles).

Other
■ If only guests under the age of 18 are staying, a parental consent form or accompaniment by a guardian is required. Please submit the consent form at the front desk upon check-in.If we cannot confirm the consent form, or if only guests under the age of 12 are staying, we regret that we cannot accommodate your stay.
