If you're north amercian, the rooms will be on the small size, but well maintained, very clean, and the staff are amazing. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The Casita restaurant on 14 is great as well! Super easy walk to multiple subway stations and lines for quick access throughout Tokyo. Enjoy!!

The room was comfortable and well appointed. The hotel, though busy, always felt quiet and peaceful. Everyone working there was unfailingly polite and helpful. The hotel is a 2-5 minute walk to the Shimbashi Station and is also close to many of the special restaurants and stores of Ginza.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel The Celestine Ginza. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location in Ginza is unbeatable—it’s a shopper’s paradise with plenty of high-end stores and amazing restaurants nearby. It was also incredibly convenient for getting around, with the train station just a 10-minute walk away. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with our questions, whether it was about shopping, making restaurant reservations, or organizing transportation.
