部屋、寝具は清潔で、共同のトイレやシャワー室も良く掃除してあり、キッチンは便利で鍋は綺麗に洗ってあります。皿や汁物用のボウル、箸やスプーンなどの食器は全て使い捨ての配慮がされていました。氷、冷水、お湯、コーヒーなども手軽に無料でいただけます。コスパ良く感謝です。駅から近くコンビニも至近距離。

El servicio muy amable y muy bien. La limpieza también. Lo peor es que reservamos una habitación para 2 personas y cuando llegamos había 2 futones para desplegar. Es literalmente imposible desplegar en esa habitación los 2 futones sin montar uno encima del otro. Cuenta con lavandería y una zona común amplia.

物超所值，長期居住也十分滿意。略有小缺點，但對得起價格，如果你是來商務旅遊，這是你的不二之選。鄰近車站（新今宮、動物園前）絕對方便的地點！沒有個人衛浴，但有四間公共衛浴及大澡堂，投幣式洗衣機、烘衣機，隔音略差，但提供免費耳塞，有免費網路、簡單的廚房用品、微波爐，茶水咖啡免費。房間內有冷氣、電視及冰箱，每層樓都有廁所，禁菸房的吸菸區在室外，房間不大，但行李箱可以打開沒問題。
