Location is exactly where I wanted to be. Close to Toyko Station but not as busy and crowded. The staff is very friendly. Service and communication was extremely excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Exceptional stay. A quiet, cozy hotel near the metro and Tokyo Station, with easy access to Ginza and Akihabara just a few stops away. The neighbourhood is full of great restaurants. We discovered a few gems and enjoyed wonderful lunches and dinners. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent! Clean, quiet and great (central) location. Everything you'd hope for and more. No complaints about anything. You can leave your luggage there after you check out. Would stay there again! (already stayed twice - total of 5 nights).

This hotel satisfied our needs for this trip. We were taking several trips out via bullet train from Tokyo station so we decided to stay nearby. This location is about a 15 min walk from the station, but it was on the more affordable end of the options available. The room was perfect for the two of us. It was ever so slightly larger than the typical business style room and the simple interior and high ceiling by the bedside helped it to feel less cramped. The windows open! Which is a must during this time when the heaters are cranked up beyond comfort. The staff was always very courteous. The guests seemed to be mainly traveling local business folk. The two elevators were never a long wait. The area is so quiet at night, it was a first for us to be staying in Tokyo and not hear the occasional sirens or traffic outside. Free hot drinks in lobby or visit the cafe downstairs for a full spread. There are quite a handful of assorted eateries all throughout the side streets and Main Street. What’s even more convenient than a convenience store on your block? A supermarket across the street! We frequented My Basket daily for our needs, which was probably more affordable than the konboni but yes there are several available a block or so out. There’s also two drugstores on opposite blocks of the hotel. Nihombashi station and kabayacho station were walking distance, which we’d often use to get about town. We would stay again!
