As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
Before check-in, kindly check the check in instruction send from the property.
For triple rooms, beds are made only for the number of people staying. Please acknowledge it beforehand.
If any significant damage or loss to the building, furniture, equipment, etc. are made, we will charge the equivalent amount.
We are not responsible for any loss or theft in the facilities of our guest house.
If you use the sofa bed, please set your own sheets, comforters, and pillows.
Accommodation tax, consumption tax and service charge are all included.
The microwave oven is on the first floor and can be used freely.
Tableware, frying pans, etc. can also be rented.
Linen change and room cleaning will not be performed during the stay.
However, please note that if you stay continuously for 6 days or more, we will do it.
Please notify us of your arrival time by email the day before your stay. If you fail to contact us, you may be unable to access the room.
Regarding to Reservations for Superior Twin and Triple Rooms
The price is different if you use a sofa bed and bedding.
Please confirm the number of guests before making a reservation.
Children under 7 years old are free of charge, but they must sleep with their parents.
If you wish to use a sofa bed and bedding, please make a reservation for the number of children in your party.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the building.
The property do not accept non-smoking or smoking room requests.
They will prepare the room according to what you book.

This facility is located in a residential area. In order not to disturb other guests and neighboring residents,please do not make loud noises in or around the facility after 9:00 PM.
