If you are staying in tokyo, i heartily suggest this hotel. Shinjuku is only a 20minute walk away from this peaceful neighborhood, and there is one metro stop nearby. There are complimentary toiletries, coffee, tea upstairs. Selfcheckin was simple. The beds were really cozy!.4.8/528 Oct 2023

I would definitely stay here again! I spent two nights there. Strongly advised. The room was efficient and cozy. It was incredibly comfy for the bed. Everything about the space is immaculate and comfortable. Although it was quite quiet, it wasnt too close to a train station. There were pleasant places to enjoy morning coffee in the common areas. One evening, we also utilized the kitchenware and common area to indulge in takeout food and wine. A young man who owns the property was friendly, accommodating, and kind.4.8/525 Sep 2023

For the price, its definitely worth it. The location is perfect, just a 5minute walk from the train subway, coco ichibanya, mcdonalds, and 7 eleven. Very safe neighborhood. Owner is very helpful and easy to contact by phone. Selfcheckin is simple and convenient, which is utterly perfect for introverts. Laundry is conveniently connected to the hotel lobby, making it incredibly convenient. Both the room itself and the bed are quite comfortable.4.8/54 Jun 2023

A fantastic hotel and living space. The rooms are spacious for tokyo and can accommodate two adults per room. If necessary, guests may work remotely thanks to the excellent wifi. I was able to comfortably shower because of the ample size of my 200 cm tall bathroom. There are plenty of appliances and glasses in the spacious kitchen, which has plenty for making or preparing meals. Large freezers. You can hang out, eat, and work in this spacious lounge downstairs. The room is nice, and i like how peaceful the space is. The facilities are also excellent. However, when he took the towels off the rack on top of the clothes hanger, a mans underwear fell. This disturbs me. Service is also okay. Shinjuku street and the shibuya crossing are 20 minutes away from the location.4.6/527 Jul 2024

Overall, i would strongly recommend this place. Very handy location, right next to hatsudai station. The room is very clean and simple. Ac works great. A much better option than some of the hotels priced around the same. They also own a coin laundry facility right nearby which is also very tidy. I will most certainly return for this hidden gem! This has been my favorite accommodation in tokyo so far! The price is really reasonable, in my opinion, given its convenient location to hatsudai train station, which is only one stop from shinjuku, yet it is in a peaceful neighborhood. The room was also spotless and equipped with all the amenities we needed. What i would strongly suggest is that the host was extremely helpful throughout our entire trip. We stayed here for nine days while exploring tokyo and it made for a great base. Although it can be tinier if you have jr pass, the location is very comfortable, with very nice beds and incredibly wellkept kitchen areas. You must remove your shoes before going upstairs, and the elevator is nimble and shakes as you go up, but it makes for an entertaining ride. Additionally, because the walls are comparatively thin, light sleepers might struggle, however, this wasnt affecting me.4.6/528 Feb 2024

The location is excellent, and the neighborhood is well connected to shibuya and shinjuku. We recommend taking buses to shijibuyazawa because they are often more convenient than the metro. The room was small but comfortable, it had everything we needed for four nights, plus great shower pressure! Its handy that there is a shared kitchenette available. The location was fantastic! The room was ideal for the two of us, and it was conveniently located next to the train station. It is conveniently close to some excellent restaurants! The hotel is clean and modern, the room was larger than i expected. Everything is selfservice (checkin yourself using the web form, towels and toiletries are available in the common room). The host Hide was very nice and quick to answer our chat questions. The location is in a quieter area with small restaurants nearby, you can take the hachiko bus for only 100 y to go to shimizu.Popular Facilities
