【Important】
This facility is for adults only and children under 12 years old are not allowed to stay.
The minimum age for children to stay: 13 years old.
We do not accept group reservations of more than 5 persons per group.
Different reservation conditions and additional charges may apply for reservations of three or more rooms (according to the accommodation facility's policy).
There are no bathrooms or toilets in the rooms. Please use the shared toilets on each floor and the shower booth in the large bathroom on the first floor.
Extra beds are not available.

[Check-in time]
The last check-in time is 10:00PM (there is no curfew during your stay).
If you are unable to arrive on time, you will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.

[Cleaning during your stay]
Please note that the room will be cleaned once every 4 days during your stay.
For guests staying 4 nights or more, cleaning staff will clean the room every 4 days for sanitary reasons.
　Please let us know your preferred date when you check in.

[Parking]
No parking space is available.
There are many inexpensive coin-operated parking lots nearby.


As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
This hotel does not accept requests for room type changes. If you have a preferred room type, please make a reservation for that specific room type.
Following the revision of the Kyoto City accommodation tax effective March 1, 2026, our hotel will change the way the accommodation tax is displayed.
[Change Applies To]
Reservations confirmed on or after 12:00 noon on January 5, 2026
For reservations made on or after the above date, the accommodation tax is not included in the displayed room rate and must be paid separately at check-in.
