Check-in is between 03:00 PM and 06:00 PM. Guests arriving outside the mentioned check-in hours are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival so alternative arrangements can be made.
Children Policy
Children aged 0 year old stay for free using existing bed without meals.
Children aged 1 - 3 years old will be charged JPY 3,300 per person per night using existing bed without meals.
Children aged 1 - 3 years old will be charged JPY 4,400 per person per night using extra bed without meals.
Children aged 3 - 5 years old will be charged 50% per person per night using extra bed with children meals.
Children aged 6 - 12 years old will be charged 70% per person per night using extra bed with meals.
Guests over 13 years old are considered as adults.
Extra fee will be collected at the property.

This traditional Japanese spa hotel, featuring a serene Japanese garden, hot springs, and tantalizing cuisine, is ideally located a 5-minute walk from JR Kamisuwa Station. Each of the 75 guest rooms combines traditional tatami style with modern amenities, including air conditioning, a TV, telephone, refrigerator/mini-bar, coffee/tea facilities, a safe, a hairdryer, and other essential toiletries. Overlooking the lake, these rooms offer a tranquil retreat.
