【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:

• For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
• For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
• For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night

Children aged 5 and under can stay free of charge when sharing a bed with an adult.
Guests aged over 6 are considered adults.

Guests aged 6 and above are subject to the adult rate at this property.
Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.

■ Notice of Full Building Power Outage Due to Mandatory Inspection ■
A scheduled power outage will be conducted on the date and time below in accordance with a mandatory electrical equipment inspection.
Date & Time: Tuesday, May 19, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
During the inspection, there will be a full power and water outage throughout the building. Electrical equipment, elevators, air conditioning, hot water and water facilities (toilets, washbasins, bathrooms) will not be available.
Check-in on May 19 will be available from 3:00 PM onward.
Check-out on May 19 must be completed by 11:00 AM.
The CLUB CANDEO member benefit of late check-out until noon will be suspended on this date only.
The Sky Spa will be open until 10:00 AM and will reopen from 4:00 PM. The schedule may change depending on the progress of the power outage work. The parking lot cannot be used for entry or exit during the power outage. Ticket issuance and sales for Universal Studios Japan will be suspended during the power outage.
If the name on the guest's passport is different from the name on the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure to register the full name of the guest on the reservation as it appears on the guest's passport. If you did not register the guest's name at the time of reservation, please change the guest's name on the confirmation page of the reservation details.We prohibit the resale of reservations to others, or any reservation activities deemed for commercial purposes.
