The location is great, with convenience stalls nearby and only 5 minutes walk from the train station. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Would stay again if possible!.

It is in a great location, the service is excellent, with friendly staff and savoring remembrances of the new year. The rooms are fantastic, but it would be ideal if they could clean their washing machine and dryer more frequently.

The hostel is peaceful. On the 7th floor, there is a lounge with amenities. The staff is really nice. I stayed in i slept in 5 rooms. Sheets are clean and beds are comfortable enough for lull sleep. Staff speaks english well. Near ueno park and ginza 15.

This place is highly recommended! I wasnt sure what to anticipate when i arrived, but it exceeded my expectations! The staff is very friendly and can speak english. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, and the staff are very welcoming. Features include a private bathroom, san japanese toilet, bathtub, air conditioning with hot and cold air, charging ports, free wifi, hangers, window with curtains, double decker beds with drapes, desk with reading lamp from front desk, slippers, towels, shampoo conditioner bodywash, hairdryer, pajamas available for rent on the reception floor. There is no room service other than clearing the dustbin in your room. Other amenities include microwave, cold and hot water, tea packets and larger dust bins. Sitting and eating common area on reception level. Although ive forgotten to take ill take pictures of the room, im attached is pictured of how the window faces out. If you return after the front doors are locked for the night, you will also receive utmost security.

The cleanliness of the room and the trash were very good overall. The receptionists were friendly and helpful if we needed anything. Unfortunately, the lift has to stop on the 4th floor every time for security reasons which can be a bit annoying after i start to feel uncomfortable. Overall he was ok.

The upper bunk beds can be a little stuffy. Water is provided and complimentary tea and coffee are available. The reception staff are friendly and speak english quite well. Private bathrooms in the rooms are clean. A pleasant place to stay.

The three of us were placed in a fourperson room with an ensuite bathroom, if i remember correctly. The room and linens were spotless. Staff was helpful and friendly. Helped us navigate the area and gave us recommendations for things to see. Standard hostel experience, otherwise.

A good location and reasonable price. The neighborhood is quiet, but only a few blocks from restaurants, izakayas, shopping malls and grocery stores. There are also several train lines around from 3 minutes away to maybe 15 minutes (Ueno station) but still tastiest. Although the building is old, the rooms are nice and clean, basic with bunk beds and no television, and have their own private shower and toilet. They dont change the linens daily, however they will take out the trash cans every day. On each floor, there are shared refrigerators as well as idly equipped kitchens on different floors. Akihabara is within walking distance, which is quite convenient for anime fans that my group was and we frequented that area. I would definitely stay here again!.

This place is ideal for travelers. They also have a lounge where you can hang out with your friends. Although one of the male receptionists isnt particularly friendly, they are very professional in their work.

A nice place to stay at a reasonable price. Great neighborhood to live in because its quiet, close to shopping districts and train stations, yet still offers some solitude by being outside of it. Keisei skyliner station is also nearby, which is convenient for those traveling to and from narita. The staff was very helpful, and if we arrive before checkin time, we can drop our luggage first. They offered free tea and coffee. There is sytaying kitchen on the lobby floor. We took the private room and noticed that there were also some families doing the same, so its suitable for everyone, not just backpackers. Although the sofa bed was comfortable enough, the bunk beds mattress is too thin. It would also be nice to have fewer, dim light as billiards or bedside table lamps.

However, the bathroom was in a minor state of disrepair (the toilet seat was broken and had squeaky floors), but that was okay because i only had one short stay. Nice common area and facilities, staff are very helpful, great roof view. Very close to ueno park and akihabara which is definite plus!.

The hostel is conveniently located near the zoo. We spent six nights there. The skyliner train connects directly to the airport in narita. Its location is fantastic for families with young children because it is close to both the aquarium and the metro station. Checkin went smoothly, the rooms are immaculate, and although the toilet and shower area are small, they are excellent. A kitchen is a lifesaver for vagetarians like us because you cant find anything villian outside. Yushima metro stop is 100 meters away. Staff members are very accommodating. Although not rated as two stars, it does earn four stars in actuality and offers excellent value.
