The hotel has a lovely appearance, and its conveniently located around 15 minutes from kanazawa station near a delicious sushi restaurant and a fish market. The staff gave us a warm welcome. The room was modern and neutral, but it was too hot for us to sleep. We had the air conditioning on the second night, but it was too dry, and the humidifiers light was so bright! The only window was at the end of the room leading to the terrace. The terrace was a nice touch, but the view was of a wall! Excellent amenities. The shower and bathroom are fantastic. Free coffee and soft drinks in the lobby, as well as free noodles 2100-2300 despite being bland, so dont get excited. We were 7 minutes late to check out at 11 am, and the staff knocked on the door to let us know, which was a bit annoying. Overall, a great hotel, but i wouldnt stay again because it was just too hot!.

This place is excellent! I really like it! The hotel has a modern and japaneseinspired atmosphere, and the location is excellent. I was made to believe that this is japan by the kind and considerate front desk employees, who were a big smile! Big thumbs up!.

Saya penasaran dengan bahasa pribadi staf. Tanggapannya sopan, tapi membuat saya sedih karena mereka hanya perlu membersihkan area yang terlihat saja. Saya pikir ini adalah hotel dengan biaya 14.000 Yen per malam pada hari kerja. Kamar akomodasi kompak dan memberikan kesan yang baik tentang konsep ceria di hari hujan. Saya juga senang mereka memiliki garam mandi. Patung kaligrafi "hujan" di ruang tunggu juga sangat indah. Saat saya melihatnya, saya bisa mendengar suara hujan.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring most of kanazawas tourist attractions. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and speak english well enough to make communication easy. Our room was nicely appointed. We like the outdoor porch off our room, where we can enjoy our morning coffee.

We will return and will always miss staying at uan Kanazawa. It was our second time staying at uan Kanazawa, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The hotel is in a fantastic location, and they offer bicycle rentals. The room is roomy and cozy. The bathtub has a jet feature, and there is a dyson hairdryer in the room. The japanese breakfast, prepared with local ingredients, is always so good. Not to mention the free soba service every night, and you can taste sakes from different parts of ishikawa at a reasonable price. Continue your fantastic work!.

What a wonderful, genuine, amazing hotel. Everything about it, from the latenight free noodles to the yukata (japanese pajamas), delicious breakfast, and outstanding staff. I cannot recommend higy enough.
