The cafe and the shop are both beautifully designed. Mei wei shiikatsuta! Deserts inspired by the adjacent mineral store, which has some lovely gems. I remember also having a blackened meteorite curry reeked ages ago.

Overall, i had a wonderful stay. A lovely old traditional japanese home. 15 minutes walk from kyoto station in midst of bus stops, supermarkets, and onsite public baths. The staff was incredibly friendly and spoke excellent english. They kept my passport safe because ive forgotten it on my last day. After enduring countless hours in the city, the community room is cozy and inviting, with stuffed kitchens and small Japanese gardens, which are ideal for calming moments. Many thanks for it!.

The majority of the other guests were japanese. Avoid the front room by the street, there is a lot of traffic noise at night. A pleasant, spotless, and cozy place to stay with an old janese vibe. Kyoto station is within walking distance.

I adore this location so much. The staff at the guesthouse is really helpful, and the house is adorable. She speaks english and chinez very well, possibly in other languages as well. Although the room was designed in a japanese manner, it was noisy due to traffic and guests walking because it is made of wooden floors you must control it using earplugs it comes free. You can rest here if you comprehend this. There is tv and i have nauseous bathtub.

I loved everything about this guesthouse. Its very beautiful (it is a traditional japanese house with modern amenities). The only problem was that the toilets were outside the rooms downstairs and the stairway was very steep. Apart from that it was great.

I spent two nights here with my friends. We were made to feel at home by this modest and cozy guesthouse. The owner and staff are friendly. A minor drawback is that the bathroom faces the outside garden, making it quite cold to take a shower.

I visited the cafe to sample some of the delicious crystal desserts that were quite intriguing. It must be challenging to find parking that isnt always available.

I will return. The place was incredibly cozy and spotless, and the personnel were friendly and proficient in both mandarin, japan, or english. There are always hot showers, plenty of storage in the fridge, as well as decent pillows and blankets! Unquestionably good value for the money.

Our room was clean and spacious enough for us. The owner was very nice and the place was great. Unfortunately the soundproofing isnt very good, but thats to be expected for a traditional japanese house. However, the location is ok, i think its gonna be pushed if you want to stay here again.

I went to the cafe and shop. It has a theme that resembles if you are looking for realism, it is decorated like id visit ubud museum. Each table has delicate displays of objects and all desserts are shaped like minerals.

My friends and i stayed here for a week during our trip to kyoto. The rooms and common areas were very comfortable, and the staff gave us lots of local recommendations and even spent time sightseeing with us during their vacation. They made us feel like we had found sanitized new family in khima and that we would have rehome the next time we return.

This is one of the most unique cafes ive ever been to. The food was lovely and quite tasty. Coffee was strong and the service was excellent. Everyone should try to make their way out to this cafe if possible.
