【Room cleaning】
＜For guests staying 6 nights or less＞　
If guest wish to have your room cleaned, please inform the front desk by 10:00AM on the day of your stay. If guest do not notify us, we will provide towels and mineral water at the door of your room every day and the room will not be cleaned.
＜For guests staying 7 nights or more＞
If guest wish to have your room cleaned, please inform the front desk by 10:00AM on the day of your stay. If guest do not wish to have your room cleaned, we will still clean your room once a week. We will provide towels and mineral water at the door of your room every day except on cleaning days.
1. The property accepts early and late check-in. For more details, contact the property directly.
2. The meal plan does not include meals for children staying on the existing bed for free. The meal for children can be provided for an extra fee.
3. Amenities for children including towels, toothbrush sets, and nightwear are available for free at the front desk.
4. Guest should notify the property in advance of their arrival time. If the guest will be late for check-in, contact also property. In case the guest doesn't check in before 12:00 AM
From April 26, 2022, breakfast fee (if not included in the booking) will be updated from 1,000 JPY to 1,200 JPY.
Children age 6-12 years old will also be charged 600 JPY
If the name on the guest's passport is different from the name on the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure to register the full name of the guest on the reservation as it appears on the guest's passport. If you did not register the guest's name at the time of reservation, please change the guest's name on the confirmation page of the reservation details.We prohibit the resale of reservations to others, or any reservation activities deemed for commercial purposes.
