部屋が広くゆっくり落ち着けました。食事のバイキングは料理がなくなってるのも関わらず補充はなく全然楽しめなかったです。あと駐車場がせまく一部屋一台しか止められず改善して貰いたいです。

年末に家族で利用させて頂きました。年寄りが2人いることや両親の結婚記念日と事前に伝えていたところ、エレベーターに近いお部屋にしてくださり、さらにお部屋にスパークリングワインのサービスがありとても感動しました☺️本当にありがとうございました。

I arrived at this place. This is a few hours by train from Tokyo. Expect an apartment style with multiple floors rather than a hotel style. Nothing traditional or roman like. It is clearly geared towards families with kids. The access from the train station is simple and there is a free shuttle. Quality food is nice but I don't like seeing the kids spoil their food as it's a self-benchmark.

Despite it being far from the ocean, I was disappointed. The Roman Inn is a standard Roman inn. It is a disappointing hotel. It offers buffet-style breakfasts in the evening, despite the fact that there are numerous excellent, delectable meals. Great, cozy accommodations are disadvantages. Wireless is limited to a tiny front counter. Wifi is only available at the room's entryway. Despite the fact that bus transfers from the hotel to Ito train station are staffed until 11 a.m., bus shuttle passengers will be transported from ito train station to the hotel until 17:00 a.m. The eatery operations are made more in order. Guests navigate the buffet lines helter and skelter. Selfservice coffee is provided. It took more than 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee because there is only one coffee maker. For both breakfast and supper, guests have no flexibility. We must choose time. Considering the limited assortment of drinks on offer, you only have an hour's worth of beverages. Small communal bathroom, no lodgings to stroll through, and nothing else is nearby. Will I return to this motel? No.

何より広いリビングに加えてベッドルームが別になっているため、快適です。更に、温泉で、様々な露天風呂を楽しめるので、とてもリラックスできました。更に、ビールを含むウェルカムドリンクと、湯上りアイスのサービスが最高です。バイキングの夕食も、静岡おでんにキンメダイ、お寿司に揚げ物と盛りだくさん。デザートのソフトクリームマシーンまで楽しむことができました。

部屋は大変広く、清潔感に溢れています。ただ残念なのはWi-Fiがないことと、夜中に足音が上の階から聞こえてきたり声が聞こえてきたりで主人は0:00頃に怖くて起きてしまったようです。。。お風呂も広くて子供は大変喜んでいました☺️

宿泊ホテル史上、最大な部屋に贅沢な一人泊。大浴場（温泉）にはサウナも有り。混雑時、早い時間（AM8時前）にチェックアウトする場合、駐車係が出勤前で車が出ない可能性が有るご様子です。

春休みの家族旅行で利用しました。元々マンションだったのを今はホテルとして利用しているようなので、非日常感はないのと、建物は古さを感じました。部屋はとにかく広くて快適（持て余すほど）。清潔さも問題なし。本格的なマッサージチェアが置いてあるのもよかったです。食事は朝夕ともビュッフェでしたが、海鮮丼、金目鯛の煮付け、ステーキなど種類も豊富で美味しかったです。食べすぎて夜鳴きそばにはパス。感染対策で小皿に小分け＋ラップしてくれてあったのもよかったです（洗い物大変そう！）夜は卓球（30分500円）を予約して、久々家族で遊んで楽しかったです。部屋からレストラン、大浴場までは少し歩きましたが、トータルではスタッフの方の対応もよく、快適な滞在ができました。

夕食、朝食のバイキングが全てお皿に盛ってあり、ラップされていて、対策もとられていました。肝心な味もとても美味しく、温かいものはあたたかく、つめたいものは冷たく、当たり前ですが、とても大切だと思います。ライブキッチンのおかげもあるかと思います。また、泊まりたいなと思いました。

食事の時に席の間隔が空いている訳でもなく、パーテンションもなく、換気がされているのか不明ですが、不安を感じました。また、大浴場の前にある卓球台、若者がマスクもせず大声で騒いで卓球をしているのも恐怖でした！もう少し利用者の立場になって対策をして頂けると嬉しいです。

这个酒店的三分之二是公寓，三分之一是酒店，温泉等康乐设施还在另外一栋楼。因为没有联络口，所以去温泉会比较麻烦，必须吓到一楼然后再走过去。对于价格来说算是性价比比较高包括两餐自助价格不算太贵，但是菜肴品质也就只能是一般，算是和价格吻合。这样的公寓式酒店适合大家族一起，因为房间特别的大。基本都是能容纳下7人以上。连续住几天在周边转转也算不错。

ホテルに関してはやや古めの内装。スタッフの方々は親切でした。大浴場と室内プールに関してはかなり不満でした。室内プールにも男女別の脱衣所はあった方が便利だと感じました。プールを利用した後は皆さん水着を着た上からホテルの部屋着をその上から着るのか、3階の大浴場の脱衣所で着替えてから部屋に戻るのか。。。どちらにせよ不便です。3階〜2階の移動間も廊下にタオルが敷き詰められておりそこを素足で歩くのは気持ちのいいものではありません。大浴場と室内プールに関しての説明がないので分からない人はかなり困惑すると思います。少なくとも私達家族は困惑しましたので、利用する方はしっかりスタッフの方に聞くことをオススメします。

[Transportation] Hotel transfers from Ito Station are from 13:30 to 17:30 every hour, in front of the ticket gate of Ito Station. There is a flag of "Wellness Forest Ito". We have staff who stand by and please tell your name to the representative. Please come at least 5 minutes before departure.
