I recently had the pleasure of staying at the premier inn, and what truly made my experience exceptional was the exceptional customer service i received from Nicholas. Nicholas went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for from the moment i arrived. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive to every detail, whether it was helping with checkin, offering parking advice, or making sure everything in the room was perfect. Its rare to come across someone who not only does their job well but also truly cares about making guests feel valued. Nicholas is a true asset to premier inn, and because of his fantastic service, i will definitely be returning. Thank you, niccolates, for being so amazing at what you do.

Last weekend, my sisters and i stayed here because they were going to see lionel Ritchie at the 02. I tagged along for a few days away. Nicolas and niccoli not sure how to spell his name welcomed us when we arrived was accomadating and nothing was too much trouble. I also want to thank yvette at the restaurant who did everything she could to get my sisters dinners out as they didnt want to be late for the concert and was very understanding. She also told us about the meal deal they had om to which was a bargain. I stayed at the restaurant to finish my food and pud which was delicious! Nice and relaxed atmosphere. It was easy to get ubers around where we wanted to go like the bus station the 02 etc. Good prices aswel also has a bus stop nearby and is close enough outside the hotel if perfer or dlr about 5 minutes away. We just didnt want to get lost lol. Handy corners shops for good value snacks a chippy over the road which didnt try as we had some in bournemouth. Breakfast was nice and fresh always topped up. The room was nice, cool, and spacious the bathroom was amazing and the lighting was amazing too glad i could open the window in my room as the air conditioner could overpower alright this week lol. The bed was nice and comfortable. I cant fault this hotel at all and i also want to thank the other staff we encountered aswel. Nice and friendly, i didnt know what to expect as i application it on map but it exceeded our expectations! We will be back! Thank you.

A wellused, busy hotel. A little worn out but in a good position for visiting greenwich, and we were a bargain when breakfast was added as part of a deal. We had ourselves one of the newer style premier rooms. Which was spacious. A large shower, mini fridge, and purple lighting. The windows were locked firmly, so there was no fresh air available. Otherwise, comfortable and to a consistent standard. Nobody was waiting to check us in. So braved selfservice check in. And immediately required assistance, which arrived quickly. But still the need for a person present. I personally dont like selfservice and would much prefer someone to help. An easy walk into greenwich. The station is even closer. A great supermarket next door for snacks when heading out. We had a good 2 days exploring and resting.
