House Rules :

As we practice Self-Check In at our premises, please contact Host before your arrival for further details and check in procedures.

1.[No smoking in the unit] - [penalty RM300] if evidence of smoking found in the unit

2.[No shoes in the unit]- You may place/keep your shoes inside the shoe cabinet that has been provided to you in the unit

3.Before we send the check in guide, photos of [Identity Card or Driver’s license] must be sent to us via agoda chat for guest registration and security record. For foreigners, copies of Passport photos are required. [Entry will be denied] if the guests fail to provide the necessary documents and will be [marked as no show]. We also require a security deposit of RM300.00 which is refundable within 24 hours after your check out date for the access card to your unit

4. [Check in is after 3.00pm]- No early check in.
[Check out is by 12.00pm]- No late check out.

5.[Quiet hours is after 11.00PM]- if we receive complaints regarding noise and nuisance, we will have to give you a warning. If it continues, we will have to call the respective authorities and you may be asked to vacate the premises

6. [Please turn off the Aircon] if not using to preserve electricity

7. [Let us know immediately if you have caused damages], we will negotiate in favour of you if you are honest and sincere. Otherwise, we will fully charge for the damages.

8. [Do not move the furnitures]- we will claim damages (penalty RM300 if furnitures are found moved without our consent)

9. [Strictly no pets allowed]- [penalty RM300] if evidence of pets being brought to the unit is found

10. [The building has 24 hours security]- management of the building has the right to remove the occupants/deny entry if the occupants are suspected to be under influence/ operating illegal activities.

11. [Do not press the emergency button] in car park unless there is real emergency, i.e, you got snatched, some one is trying to catch you and etc. [Penalty of RM200] will be charged by the building management if button is misused or pressed by mistakes

12. [Please contact us if you require assistance]- Our team will attend to you within minutes.

Disclaimer:
1. Our staffs may take photos or record videos during their work routine on a daily basis for quality and training purposes. In case of a dispute/hostile situation/quarrel/argument or any other situation that indicates an incident between us and the guests, the photos or videos taken will be used as proof for security purposes/evidence/quality and training purposes.

2. No late check out. In case of late check out, penalty of RM50 per hour from check out time will be imposed

3. No hourly extensions

4. Nightly extensions must be made via agoda before 12.00pm of the check out day.

5. We do not have any hidden camera or CCTV in the unit, if you happen to suspect one during your stay, please let us know immediately. We will report to the relevant authority.
