All good , hanya proses check-in yang begitu lama karena high season dan team management kurang begitu prepare utk hal ini jadi kami dtg 4:30 sore dan blm bs masuk kamar. Kami baru masuk kamar jam 6.30. Kamar rapih dan bersih hanya saja sistem drainase kamar mandi krg baik sehingga tercium bau menyengat. Ini seperti semi-serviced apartment jadi kamar tidak dibersihkan tiap hari tapi kita bs request pergantian handuk. Connect k mall yang baru buka namun cukup utk stay 2 nights karena ad connecting bridge ke genting firstworld

menginap disini bersama keluarga dan teman. lokasi cukup ok karena ada jembatan ke skyworld. yang disayangkan, checkin membutuhkan waktu sangat lama karena saat itu checkin subuh. anak2 sudah lelah dan menunggu cukup lama untuk bisa beristirahat. selain itu, toilet tidak cepat kering dan sering banjir kemana2 saat mandi.

Our stay at Antara by Sleeping Lion felt quite underwhelming for the price we paid. The residence is often promoted with a lot of hype, but the experience did not match the expectations. Since it is a residence and not a hotel, we did not receive services that we usually associate with this price range. There was no room service and no daily housekeeping. We had to call the staff just to get our trash collected, and trash bags were only provided after we asked. The attached mall is not fully open yet, so there were very limited food options. It is also quite a far walk to SkyAvenue, which was tiring especially with two strollers. Out of the few eateries available, only one was halal which was Lion Kopi. The food was actually good but the outlet closes early. Convenience stores like CU at Tower A and Bila Bila at Tower D were helpful, and there is also Mix which mainly sells international snacks. There’s indoor pools but abit too enclosed to our liking, feels creepy. There’s beautiful landscaping and nice open spaces. However, it was very cold, so we could not enjoy the facilities or take many photos. The indoor playground was very small. There was only one slide and not much else. They enjoyed the arcade much more. Overall, Antara has a nice look and good potential but the services and facilities do not justify the price. There is room for improvement, especially in guest services and convenience, to truly match the value we pay.

The balcony lights not working, checked by staff says fused but no action done. Balcony jacuzzi water heater sucks. Not able to fill up hot tub. Water icy cold. Wasted money on having a jacuzzi, no housekeeping services or towel changing services also poor. Left clean towel on sofa but did not remove the soiled towel we pile up for them. No microwave in 3 bedroom. Difficult to heat up food using the convention oven.
