A simple but comfortable room. No window and no coffee provided with the kettle. The shower was ok, but small expect to wet the whole shower. My room on the ground floor was close to the private area of the staff. Noisy sometimes and food smells at night. The location is great. A few minutes walk to pavilion, mrt, changkat. Next to convenience stores, atms and restaurants.

Hotel baru dengan lokasi yang nyaman. Kami tiba dengan bus dari Singapura langsung ke Times Square, hanya 6- 7 menit dari tempat ini. Kamarnya kecil dan kebanyakan tidak memiliki jendela. Seorang gadis di konter sangat ramah dan membantu, dia membantu kami dengan beberapa hal dan senang menghadapinya. Mungkin Aisa? Dua pria lain di resepsi tidak ramah atau membantu. Mereka tidak repot-repot membantu kami ketika kami perlu pergi ke rumah sakit. Kami akhirnya pergi ke tempat lain dengan fasilitas yang lebih baik.

Lokasi dan anggaran hotel ini tidak terlalu buruk. Saya memberikan 3 bintang. Terletak di jantung KLCC, semua tempat mudah diakses dari hotel ini. Stafnya sopan, tetapi salah satu faktor utamanya adalah kamarnya sangat kecil dan bahkan di malam hari masih berisik. Mengamen di malam hari, perbaikan jalan, dll. Dari segi kebersihan, hotel ini sama sekali tidak bersih. Kamar mandinya sangat kecil sehingga pancurannya tumpang tindih dengan toilet. Namun, dari segi lokasi dan anggaran, tempat ini tidak terlalu buruk.

Despite the size of the room, my recent stay at the A star hotel in bukit bintang was generally pleasant. The major drawback is the size of the room. The hotel is in the center of bukit bintang, surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, street food, and entertainment. The staff was consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. From checkin to checkout, everyone i dealt with was polite and accommodating. Light sleepers might want to request a room away from the main road if you want natural light and a spacious room. However, if size and natural light are important to you, i would suggest looking at other room types or perhaps considering a slightly higher budget for more spacious accommodations. Despite the limitations of the room, my overall experience at the a star hotel was positive, and i would consider staying there again for a short trip focused on exploring the city.

The rooms are fine. Clean and tidy. The foreigner front office staff are not very friendly. The room is nice, but if you see people with no eyes, you better not do business here in malaysia. Go back to Pakistan or Bangladesh where you belong!.
