Beautiful wooden cabin set among forest but overlooking the beautiful beach. We had a lovely room always clean. Nice gesture of fruit on first day. Also fantastic free mini bar . Stunning setting saw lots of monkeys lizards etc. I loved the mountains and sky cables in the distance. Wonderful Malaysian hospitality. It’s very quiet around the area no shops or restaurants to speak of only the village at the bottom of Sky bridge. Which is walking distance although they run a shuttle. It’s shuts at 7 pm I would definitely stay there again. Thinking of bring my family for my 60th in 2028 .

Beautiful property and setting. The rainforest chalet we had was sea facing with great views.Bedroom was clean and nice furnishings and bathroom ok but old scratched sink and shower cubicle needs new sealing . Loved the fresh fruit every day and mini bar topped up daily . Food was fantastic and great value for money . We loved the beach brasserie for breakfast as quieter and great sea view. The Boat house was handy for food and drinks and Anil and the other guys were great and service outstanding . Boat house though is scruffy and needs re painting and the chairs need replacing as rusty and old and some broken beach loungers.The beach is gorgeous but could do with litter picking daily to keep it beautiful All toilet areas need to be regularly fresh and cleaned . The staff in all areas were excellent and so helpful and chatty. Great Boutique shop that sold everything and lovely gifts and jewelry at good prices. We are looking forward to returning next year and hopefully the hotel will have had some areas refurbished and tidied up.

En general el resort está bien, muy bien cuidado, con falta de mantenimiento en algunos sitios pero entra dentro de lo normal. Los bungalows estaba bien, de madera, como mejora diré que la cama era de muelles y un poco incómoda, así como los productos de aseo personal que no era ecofriendly y me sorprende ya que el resto del resort si lo era (shuttle bus eléctricos, paneles solares, etc). La zona de piscina muy bien, la comida en el desayuno variada y las cenas en los diferentes restaurantes bien. Especial mención al staff que han sido super educados, excelente.

The rooms are very clean. The showers have strong water pressure. Depending on the location of your cottage, the lobby may be far away, so you may need to take the shuttle bus. However, the shuttle bus always picks you up quickly, so it was a very nice environment.

Wunderbares Regenwald Idyll. Zauberhafte Anlage mit toller Tier- und Pflanzenwelt ein traumhaftes Erlebnis mit dem Nature Walk… und den schönen Chalets pures Leben wie inmitten des Urwalds. Wir haben es sehr genossen die Tiere zu beobachten. Herzlichen Dank für das wertige Upgrade in das Meeresufer Chalets…. Das war super, wir waren sehr glücklich darüber. Immer wieder gerne.

Easy check in great service to and from rooms . Pool crowded but no towels before 9am. Rooms spacious with good air con . Very clean hotel and staff excellent and professional. Food very good and checkout easy . Paradise in my opinion with fire show in the beach on Friday and Saturday . We did private beach dining £240 per couple but it was great . We were a bit on show but it was fine . Overall a great location and please do the excursions to the mangrove £33 each but we got to see at least 30 sea eagles on a feeding frenzy !

Breakfast was not a 5 star level . Pretty below average quality . Looks as if they have varieties of food but if you look at each section , it’s not much variety . The coffee machine is always broken down . On the other hand the room service menu and the Thai restaurant food quality was good . All of the staff are kind and well trained . Mr Uvarajah thank you very much for upgrading our room first 2 nights . Hope to stay here again .
