The personnel were extremely accommodating, and the room was tidy and clean. Our checkin procedure went smoothly. The hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it simple to travel around. Highly advised for a lengthy visit.

Kami menginap di "President". Check-in dilakukan di lantai dua. Memesan apartemen 2 kamar tidur dan sangat menakjubkan. Pemandangannya bagus. Kamarnya besar dan sangat bersih. Mesin cuci. Jika ada yang datang ke KL, pesan saja apartemen ini. Tidak menyesal dan sepadan dengan harganya.

You wont regret booking this place! Easily one of the greatest apartments ive ever stayed in! Everything was brand new. The rooms were immaculately clean. Excellent location and very reasonably priced. The lovely people at checkin, even though our application rate was lower than what we paid when we arrived i dont know how this happened, but it was a great visit. I highly recommend booking this place, you wont be sorry!.

Wow, kami sangat beruntung dengan kamar hotel ini! Menginap 7 malam di "Pemandangan KLCC Deluxe 2 kamar tidur Prestige di lantai Pemandangan yang benar-benar menakjubkan di malam dan siang hari. Kami terpesona oleh kembang api Malam Tahun Baru yang menakjubkan. Tepat di luar jendela antara kami dan Menara Petronas dan di seluruh kota saat kami menyaksikan dari sudut kamar, jauh di atas hotel dan apartemen mewah di sekitarnya. Kamar yang indah dan luas dengan semua yang Anda butuhkan untuk tinggal dalam jangka panjang, peralatan dapur, mesin cuci atau pengering, dll. Pintu masuk sedikit rumit saat Anda pertama kali tiba: bangunan ini diberi label "imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur". Minta taksi Anda melalui petugas atau lounge hotel di lantai dasar ke pintu belakang pintu masuk Level M Residences dan hubungi orang-orang Opus Hospitality untuk menemui Anda. (Untuk transportasi umum, Grab akan ke lounge lantai dasar untuk menunggu Anda 10 menit dari mal Pavilion (pintu masuk "Chulan") dengan banyak pilihan restoran dan jalan melalui mal untuk mencapai area Food Street yang terkenal. Kami senang tinggal di sini.

I had an amazing stay at the imperial klcc by opus hospitality. Great view and nice room. Highly recommended for a family staycation. It will perfectly nice for new years eve because i can see the firework from the bedroom.

I will definitely return here. Staying at imperi klcc was one of the best decisions i made. I reserved Atelier grand delux with four friends. The staff was excellent, and the service was excellent. I checked out 50 minutes late, but the staff was really cooperative, especially the girl wearing glasses and the other wearing a scarf. The location is perfect, everything is within a 10minute walk. The best views of the pool and the bathtub were available.

Layanan kebersihan harian tersedia, kamarnya luas, kamar mandinya memiliki pemandangan yang indah, dan Anda dapat mencuci dan menjemur pakaian. Kolam renang dan pusat kebugaran di lantai atas juga bagus. Dek observasi hanya tersedia untuk tamu Lexis. Satu-satunya downside adalah Anda harus memberi tahu staf layanan secara online terlebih dahulu, dan tidak akan ada petugas yang bertugas di konter lantai bawah.

Excellent service! Im happy with the staff! They were extremely attentive, amazingly cleaned, helpful, and courteous. I had a great time in the threebedroom apartment. With six adults, my family and i fit comfortably together. Amazingly, the television, washer, dryer, air conditioning, and appliances all functioned. The bedrooms have breathtaking views! In all the bedrooms, there was only a fulllength mirror. Otherwise, checkin and checkout went smoothly. The fantastic pool and restaurants in the building were the best features of this apartment!.

Kamarnya sangat bagus dan harganya terjangkau, tetapi pelayanannya kurang memuaskan. Resepsionis tidak pernah ada saat kami membutuhkannya dan selalu terlalu lama melayani kami jika kami membutuhkan sesuatu yang tidak bisa dijawab melalui pesan teks. Verifikasi parkir kami juga cukup merepotkan.
