The hotel is relatively new, about a year old, but the room seemed a bit rundown. The bathroom looked clean at first, but i found grains of rice stuck to the wall near the sink. There were no towel hooks either. On the plus side, there was plenty of shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner, and no bad smell from the toilet. Breakfast was disappointing with limited choices, but the croissant was good. Room lighting was fine for me, and it was quiet on the sixth floor. No noise from the bar (maybe i got lucky and they were closed that night, and no ghost sightings, in case you were wondering! Overall a decent stay, but cleanliness and maintenance could definitely be improved.

Comfortable stay with excellent service and convenient location. I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. The location is strategic and easily accessible, making it convenient to get around. There is also a convenience store on the ground floor, which was a great added bonus. Everything was good, except for the lighting in the room. It was a bit dim and could definitely be improved for better comfort.

The cloud 9 bar is a great place to hang out with friends. If you are hungry, have some snacks. You must arrive early if you want to try their special menu because there isnt much variety every day.

We booked for 4 days and 3 nights. Queen balcony room with view of the nearby sports hall. The hotel is new. Staff speak english and bahasa. There is a mini market in the hotel for snacks like chips, chocolate, ice cream, and essentials like toiletries and some general medication such as panadol. Breakfast was good. Decent coffee. Pastries such pain au chocolat and crossaint were fresh. Porridge with condiments. I wish there was fried noodles or rice.

The room exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness. They had already prepared shampoo, body wash, brushes, and anything else i needed. Their friendliness was commendable. Additionally, this hotel featured a mart on the ground floor. Breakfast was also provided in the morning only on first days. On the 9th floor, there was arguably fewer bars available.

The renovations at the rooster impiana hotel have finally been completed. According to social media, tonight at 7 p. M., it will be the grand opening of the cloud 9 rooftop bar on the ninth floor of this hotel. Owner of rusy impiano hotel, i am not afraid of ghosts.

The renovation of this hotel is absolutely amazing! The rooms are stunning and have fantastic layouts! Duplex hotel rooms and grand bathrooms in the wood series. My favorite is SandalWood. The team that put this together really worked! Bringing vibrance and freshness to the area! Now standing as a beacon of how beautiful progress, risk and opportunity can truly look like! 10/10 will stay again!.

They almost received a 5star rating, but there are fewer things i should highlight. Room cleanliness is the first thing. The bathroom floor and walls need to be more attention. There are visible mold and stain spots all over the place. Do more cleaning and send out for sanitizing by contacting the supervisor. No. 2 is room service. What is your purpose for the clean up room sign when no one does it? Its ok that you missed out or didnt bother to address customer needs. Although the hotel has excellent room decor, full of amenities, cosy beds, and redesigned modern features, these issues shouldnt be overlooked or swept under the rug. These small mistakes can ruin the entire reputation. Be more resilient and sincere. Continue doing what you guys do best, so the motel may be successful in the future.
