Everything about our stay was outstanding. Service was impeccable. Our room was very large and clean, complimentary snacks were much appreciated. The bathroom was clean - perhaps a bit tight on space - but travel amenities were thoughtfully selected and useful (L’Occtaine products). Hotel location is excellant. Note: you are very close to the Jonker Night Market, so if you need absolute quiet for a good night sleep, this may be a factor for you to consider. Breakfast was perhaps the only place where I felt things were not on the same standard as the rest of the hotel, don’t get me wrong, it was absolutely adequate and service was excellant. I did enjoy the roti canal and the latte that I ordered, but my husband’s french toast was lack luster and the other offering were average. Overall however, this hotel has restored my faith in Malaysian hotels, simply outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Very happy with this hotel. Beautiful, very clean and great service. Walking distance to alot of places, at the same time insulated from all the noise. They have a really nice cocktail bar on the street level. Only small comment about the quality of the breakfast, the items could have been made with a bit more care (baked beans were not heated up, the steamed buns and dumplings were not hot. Other than that it was a pretty good selection.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is in the middle of popular places to visit. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff is excellent and attentive. There is a nice restaurant opposite called curly tail where we had a great time dining there. If i could, i would give it 6 stars.

Saya sangat kecewa dengan hotel yang mengklaim sebagai hotel mewah. Saat memesan, Anda meminta kamar di lokasi yang tenang, tetapi ketika Anda tiba Anda diberi kamar di sisi parkir dengan ventilasi dapur dan AC teknis yang beroperasi 24 jam sehari. Jendelanya tidak kedap udara sehingga terkesan seperti tinggal di pabrik. Internet tidak berfungsi selama 3 hari. Tidak dapat terhubung selama lebih dari 30 detik sebelum koneksi terputus. Anda harus pergi ke kafe di jalan untuk mendapatkan koneksi yang efektif. Hotel ini dibangun sepanjang hari dengan suara pengeboran dan jackhammers. Tidak mungkin untuk beristirahat. I visited malaka on the 13 th of January and my friend insisted that i stay at the lu men hotel for one night to enjoy the peranakan experience. The attention to detail at lu men hotel is not only in the well maintained heritage building, but also in the personalized greetings, complimentary drinks, snacks, and fruits. These are only possible in a 5 star hotel, and lu men hotel and the team went above and beyond to make me feel at home and felt like a valued customer. Not to mention the central location in the old town, which made sightseeing and dining within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy malaka in a traditional pernanakan way. I will definitely return with family and friends. Thank you again men malaka team.

This hotel is excellent in every way. The setting is excellent. The level of service is excellent. I happened to observe one of the hotel guests being quite impolite, but they handled it with great care. They have a lovely courtyard. The rooms are excellent. However, those with sinus issues may want to avoid turning on the fan. The design of the room had furniture with an open top where dust may accumulate, so dont turn on the ceiling fan. There is also parking behind the hotel, which is spacious, can accommodate large mpvs without any issues, and felt secure. Breakfast options are available, but they are standard options and delicious. Everything about the hotel is well thought out, and staying here made me feel very comfortable. Will undoubtedly return.

Jonkers market is in an ideal location. It is literally right outside your door. It is centrally located in the old quarter. The staff is pleasant. The wifi is a bit slow. I recommend a larger room. Breakfast is delicious. All the staff are lovely and polite. A special mention to tika at the reception.

The hotel has a luxurious atmosphere. The furniture and design add a unique character to the hotel. The staff are very professional and helpful. The only minor complaint i have is that the parking lot is open space. I also had breakfast here and it was very good. I will definitely visit again in the future.
