Comfortable room, with good facilities. Well-trained staff, very nice and helpful. The hotel was very close with the LRT station, Mall, landmark and culinary places. Overall is good, very comfy, and perfect for the price. Well done!

Saya menginap di sini untuk menghadiri wisuda saya, yang dapat saya katakan adalah tempat ini jauh lebih baik dari ekspektasi saya. Saya pikir ini hanya hotel kecil mengingat betapa murahnya harga kamar. Namun, tempat ini sangat bagus dan lobinya bagus. Semua petugas di konter sangat baik, baik Melayu maupun Cina. Sayangnya, kami memiliki masalah dengan kunci kamar, tetapi menurut saya itu bukan masalah besar dibandingkan dengan hal-hal lain yang bagus di sini. Saya memesan kamar seharga RM 226 untuk 2 malam! Saya sangat merekomendasikannya! Lokasinya juga dekat dengan PWTC hehe. Saya sangat suka hotel ini, saya pasti akan tinggal di sini lagi.

The stay was satisfactory. I encountered some issues with my room, which i promptly informed the staff, and they promptly resolved the issue. I was able to arrange a room change without any hassle. However, being an old hotel, it required lengthy waits to cool the room. The toilet facilities are satisfactory, although it will depend on your luck with the condition of the room.

Lokasinya bagus, dekat dengan banyak fasilitas dan mudah kemana-mana. Untuk bintang 4 karena tempat parkir terbatas dan saya mendapat kamar dengan jendela tetapi pemandangan dari kamar sebelah. Saya ingin melihat bagian luar tetapi penuh. Saya mengganti remote TV 2 kali tetapi tetap tidak bisa. Staf seperti kabur. Terakhir, cukup tekan tombol di TV dan dapatkan saluran TV 3. Staf layanannya baik. Kamarnya oke, TVnya juga oke, yang bermasalah hanya TVnya.
