The Imperial Hotel has a convenient location within walkable distance for a few places of interest in Kluang, such as the Street Art and the Railway Station. The room is cozy with nice hot shower and new water kettle. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I read about parking issue or the lack of it. But i do not encounter any parking problem. I always got the lot and there are demarcated yellow parking lots for hotel guests around the property. My kids also love the TV channels available.

Great location. Walking distance to the railway station and the bus station. It's right in the middle of Old Kluang. Mural street is nearby and many food options around the area. Kluang Mall is also within walking distance. The room was also quite spacious and clean. Aircon was strong. Only problem was TV signal not very good. Our booking came with breakfast but the cafe wasn't open when we went down at 8:30am. Was told the cafe would open late due to some emergency. We just went to the coffee shop opposite the hotel (City Food Court), and there were many delicious local food options.

1. Convenient location (5min walk from railway station, 24/7 convenience store downstairs, close to many local eateries) 2. High cleanliness (Room was in perfect condition when we checked in. Neat, tidy, no stray hair etc) 3. High level of comfort (It is not the biggest room in terms of space, but extremely cozy and comfortable. We opted for the room which comes with King Size bed and it was the best. Not too soft or springy, just right.)

Hotel location is good in town. Room I always book with Windows but room they have big n small. So if you happen to get the smaller one. You will find it not worth the price. Price a little exp.

Very friendly staff with extremely smooth check-in and check-out. The only drawback was that the common corridor of the rooms on level 3 was extremely warm and stuffy. Not sure if the common air-conditioner was down during the 2 days we stayed but we often had to wish the elevator will arrive faster so that we could get to the Ground floor lobby quicker.

Located at the city center and easy access to convenience shop and food. Comfortable and clean room and the good WiFi speed is a plus. Overall a great stay and exceeded my expectation.

Room is a bit small but ok. Parking is provided to hotel guest but it is at roadside, not a gated compound, but they are just in front of the hotel. Overall is good for short stay.
