Lokasi hotelnya sangat bagus. Kekurangan yang ada di hotel ini yaitu insulasi suara yang sangat buruk. Anak di kamar sebelah mulai menangis sekitar jam 12 malam saat check-in. Dia menangis dan menjerit selama lebih dari 15 menit dan tidak berhenti. Saya mencoba menelepon lobi tetapi ternyata tidak ada telepon yang bisa dihubungi. Saya diganggu di tengah malam. Sulit untuk tidur. Saat itu baru lewat jam delapan pagi dan anak di seberang jalan mulai berteriak dan berbicara lagi. Tidak ada pengering rambut di kamar dan saya tidak diberitahu saat check-in. Saya tahu ketika saya check-in tidak ada nomor telepon yang bisa dihubungi, jadi saya harus turun untuk meminjamnya. Kamarnya sangat kecil, menurut Anda apakah saya berada di Jepang? Koper berukuran 20 inci tidak bisa dibentangkan rata (4) Jendela sebenarnya hanya selembar kain yang tidak bisa dibuka atau ditutup, jadi memiliki jendela sama dengan tidak memiliki jendela dan matahari bersinar di pagi hari, sehingga efek peneduhnya buruk. (5) Pegangan putar wastafel kamar mandi rusak sehingga sangat sulit untuk diputar untuk mencuci tangan (tidak ada titik paksa) (6) Hanya disediakan handuk besar untuk mandi, bukan yang kecil. Diperlukan deposit sebesar MYR 50 untuk check-in. Saat check-out seseorang akan dibawa ke kamar untuk diperiksa, yang memakan waktu lama. Jika Anda terburu-buru, sebaiknya luangkan waktu lebih lama.

Strategic location! Excellent service and hospitality. Parking is difficult to find, so be sure to purchase more than one parking coupon because there isnt much parking available, and parking is under dbkk if youre jenis berjalan kakilah.

Menurut saya, ada perbedaan antara suka dan tidak suka pada kamar. Pertama-tama, Anda tidak bisa membuka jendela dan tidak bisa melihat pemandangan. Dan ruangannya sangat sempit. Lokasinya sangat bagus! Terletak di pusat kota, Suryasava, KK Plaza dan pasar malam, semuanya dapat dicapai dalam 15 menit berjalan kaki. Layanan dan harga sangat masuk akal.

We stayed in the deluxe king room. Great location, the famous shengrou mian restaurant is right next to the hotel. Friendly staff. Got a microwave in the lobby. A great cheap clean hotel in the city center.

The location is very close to shopping mall, within walking distance and there are some restaurants around. They issue you two access cards. No luggage rack. Wifi seems stable. Check in at 2 pm and beyond and checkout at 12 noon. About us$32 - $33 per night.

Great place, good value. Located in the heart of kk tourism scene, staying at seraya can hardly go wrong, especially for solo travelers. Convenience stores like 7eleven are only 2 minutes walk away. Want freshly brewed morning coffee, a proper coffee shop is just 1 min walk away. Restaurants even fast food restaurants such as kfc and bk are also within 2 mins walk.

Overall, i was satisfied and had a wonderful experience. One of the most affordable hotels in kota kinabalu, the rooms and bathrooms are nice and clean. However, i booked a queen bed, and they only gave me a twin bed.

The staff is nice. It's in a convenient location. There are two malls within walking distance. Plenty of food options. The room has two drawbacks. The bathroom. One shower will wet the entire bathroom, making the tile slippery. There is no chair in the room. I had to stand when needed to do some work on my laptop. I had to place the laptop on a high platform, about waist height. Would recommend a simple high chair.
