I booked directly through their website and payment is done at checkin plus 1000 security deposit. Check in was fairly quick, arrived around 3 pm and there were no other guests checking in. The staff was polite and attentive. We were given a key to the unit and access card to the elevators. The room is clean, towels and toiletries are provided, as well as bottles of water and a coffee set. There is a refrigerator available for use. Plates, cups, glasses and utensils are available in the cupboard. Wifi is okay. The bathroom is relatively clean and the shower heater is working great. The bed is comfortable and sheets and comforter seem clean. The living room and bedroom have great working ac so it is really comfortable to stay in. The furniture seems old but still comfortable to use. All outlets are working so no problem charging multiple devices. We stayed here for two days and for the price it is quite good! Robinsons magnolia is nearby so we walked to get there, shop, and grab a snack. Bdo atms are near the entrance if you need cash. Check out is fairly quick from the moment you hand over your key and access card. 1000 deposit was returned at checkout. I was apprehensive about checking in here because i saw reviews on facebook and other platforms saying their deposit was not returned, shower not working, outlets not working, dirty bathroom, etc. But so far im happy we didnt have those negative experiences. I recommend you manage your expectations if you want to stay here, for the price it is quite reasonable. The reason we wanted to stay here was that we wanted a separate bedroom and very close to a mall so it really fits our needs. I guess this is also a popular place to hold gatherings or parties with family and friends because they offer units with multiple bedrooms and they can also accommodate small pets.
