Their rooms are clean but not very comfortable to stay in. The atmosphere is just as if you are in a common room, you wont feel like youre in an elegant place. But their staff are approachable and nice.

The hotel has been renamed from lpl suites. Although it is an old building, it remains spotless. Excellent location. Highly recommended for any type of travel, whether for business, family, or pleasure. Greenbelt 5 mall entrance is directly across the street.

I had a great time staying at this hotel because of its excellent condition of the rooms. The price is lower, but the accommodations are not typical of merely resembling upscale hotels. Excellent location. Additionally, the staff is friendly and welcoming. Im eager to return and stay at that hotel.

This place doesnt feel luxurious at all. The room has an old, outdated appearance and smell. It smelled like an ancient cabinet when we entered our room. There were also cockroaches. Dont anticipate too much because the hotel is an historic structure. Since it is close to the P 2P busses and around ayala malls, the location is advantageous. Ive changed my review to 4 stars. When you make reserving, they now offer breakfast and have dependable wifi. For future visitors, i added flies photo. They only require php 500 for key deposits in other application.

The booking process was quite simple, thanks to the excellent location and accommodations. The staff members were extremely helpful, and the room itself was exceptionally spacious and pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends.
