Kami tinggal di hotel ini selama beberapa hari dan merasa bahwa layanannya luar biasa. I would heartily suggest this hotel to anyone searching for a cozy and welcoming place to stay. A wonderful stay with exceptional service. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and i have to say that my experience was far better than i had anticipated. The level of hospitality and service was outstanding from the moment i arrived until the day i checked out. Abdul hamid, hilalam, and lalu deserve special recognition for their warm and attentive service, which made my stay truly unforgettable. Abdul hair was always willing to help with a smile, ensuring that every detail was attended to. Shah alams professionalism and friendliness added a personal touch to the experience. And lalu went above and beyond to ensure comfort and convenience throughout my stay. The entire staff was courteous and helpful, but these three individuals truly stood out with their dedication and care. Im grateful for their hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I look forward to coming back soon!.

Salah satu hotel termewah dan terbersih yang pernah saya pesan. Kebersihan staf resepsionis luar biasa. Aroma hotelnya harum sepanjang hari. Minuman gratis di resepsionis sangat kooperatif. Petugas yang membawa tas juga sangat baik. Kamar-kamarnya indah. Mereka memiliki meja setrika lengkap dengan setrikanya. Kamar mandinya sempurna kecuali kebersihan. Jika Anda perlu membersihkan kamar, ada petugas bernama (Mukhlis) yang sangat sopan dan terampil dalam pekerjaannya. Ada banyak lift dan kedai kopi kecil yang tersedia 24 jam. Keamanan hotel ada di semua gerbang hotel. Saya sudah termasuk sarapan. Mereka menawarkan prasmanan yang bervariasi setiap hari. Rasanya lezat, bersih dan mencakup semua selera. Minuman dingin dan panas. Ada seorang warga negara bernama Islam Khalaf Al-Laithi yang sangat sopan dan mengawasi semua orang yang hadir dan memastikan semua orang duduk, makan, dan merasa nyaman. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Restaurant captain asif was extremely accommodating, which truly speaks to the exceptional service here. Chef Ahmeds food was absolutely delicious, and floor manager Rafiq made sure we were always well taken care of, his kindness was heartwarming. When i return home, i will definitely miss mr. Rashids fantastic coffee from the ground floor! Saqib also made sure we were comfortable during our stay at the restaurant. This hotel truly felt like home, and i am grateful for such a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!.

Overall, i would strongly recommend that you visit madinah to visit ziyarat of the prophet (pbuh). This is a fantastic hotel to stay at when visiting madinah. It is located on jafar ibn abi talib street, just minutes from masjid ul nabawi. It opened in 2023, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff are very helpful and ensure that the rooms are kept clean. There is laundry service available onsite. The chef in charge of the food is turkish and ensures a wide variety of options for breakfast and dinner. There is a mall accessible in the basement with other hotels.

We particularly appreciated the little touches, such as the tasteful decor, cleanliness, and smooth checkin and checkout processes.
