Excellent place to stay. Room is a little smaller but we spent most our time outside anyway. Close to all the fun things to do in Sentosa!

CP 值高，地點很中心，所有活動都係步行範圍內，唯一缺點就是枕頭太高，所以睡得不太好

The room was compact but well laid out and modern. and we got a room right near the pool which was great. The pools were amazing, which was perfect as that was the main reason we selected this hotel. The location was also great for all stops along the monorail, and close enough to the ViviCity mall to grab some groceries, dinner or shopping. There seemed to be quite a few pool tiles missing here and there around the pool but the whole place was clean and comfortable and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The only minor downside was the mini fridge which was not easy to figure out how to make it cold, and I would have lived if it had a tiny freezer section.

Santos Village is a modern, large development area, thus there can be no complaints given. The third floor has a pool area with shallow, warm water suitable for very young children. There are many adventure activities nearby, accessible by a free shuttle service. Universal Studios is just a short bus ride away. We didn’t like the TV channels that broadcast their own shows, so we could only watch what was on at the moment. This was especially frustrating for children who wanted to watch the same show again. Everything is digital, from door and room controls to all services, except room service, which requires a phone call. Taxi service from/to the airport takes about half an hour for about $30. Supposed to show reservations number at check point to the hotels’ area to avoid an entry fee, but they just waved us through. Fortunately, there’s a nearby shopping centre where we could buy a fold-up pram, similar to the one left on the shuttle bus at home.

We booked a Family room and we loved our stay so much. The rooms were spotless and very well thought off. I love that it's a family room but it features privacy within the room itself. It had everything we needed and loved the smart toilet as well! Also, the staffs are amazing especially the concierge team who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. A highly recommended hotel for families with young kids.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. I only wish the lazy river had been open, as it would have made the experience even better. The location is fantastic! We loved the convenient train service, and there were plenty of restaurants, a casino, a shopping mall, and Universal Studios all nearby. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms are small but good, the number of sun beds at the pool is very underestimated compared to the number of guests, tiles are missing in the pool giving a somewhat worn feeling. But would still come again, the good definitely outweigh the small downsides. Also skip the over priced breakfast and just get 7-11 across the square.

We only stayed for one night but we had such an amazing time overall! During check in, the staff that was handling us was very friendly and informative. He told us about all the amenities and that day they had a movie night for kids, which my husband, child and I joined. The pool was great and was a great size for adults and kids. The room is clean and great size for our family of 3. They were even able to accommodate us with a sterilizer! Would definitely stay here again when in Sentosa!
