I would definitely recommend this hotel! The staff and location were the best! Very close to all the restaurants and very safe place. The atmosphere was amazing, but what made it remarkable was the experience of the staff. They are absolutely very kind and welcoming. Ms. Sophie was very helpful and she was the best! She made my experience 100 x better! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Lokasinya bagus, sekitar 5- 7 menit dari Stasiun Kereta Bawah Tanah Jonggak. Ada lift di sebelah tanda Pintu Keluar 3 (perhatikan tanda lift), ada juga banyak halte bus di dekatnya dan sangat nyaman untuk naik bus. Jaraknya satu halte kereta bawah tanah dari Pasar Gwangjang. Setelah membeli selimut, Anda dapat membawanya kembali ke hotel untuk disimpan. Staf front desk hotelnya baik. Ada pelayan yang berbahasa Mandarin. Namun, jika ada pelayan yang tidak berbahasa Mandarin yang bertugas, Anda juga dapat menggunakan perangkat penerjemahan PAPAGO untuk membantu. Mereka berusaha semaksimal mungkin untuk membantu. Kadang-kadang sangat lelah, bisa minta ke restoran untuk pesan ayam goreng (Nene chicken) untuk diantar, mantap. Kamar bersih dan rapi, ada dua tempat tidur single. Meskipun bagasi tidak bisa dibuka penuh, setelah menginap lima hari sangat nyaman dan mudah tidur. Insulasi suara juga bagus. Meskipun pengering rambut dipasang di dinding. Dipasang, ini adalah pengering rambut besar dengan tenaga penuh. Kenyamanannya bagus, ada supermarket GS 25 dan supermarket. Bagi yang suka jajanan, buah-buahan Korea dan kopi segitiga, supermarket ini sangat bagus. Secara keseluruhan, saya sangat puas dan layak untuk ditinjau kembali dan direkomendasikan.

Lokasi hotelnya bagus, dekat dengan Stasiun Jonggak dan dekat dengan Istana Gyeongbokgung dan Cheonggecheon, jadi mudah untuk berkeliling. Kamarnya agak kecil, tapi masih bagus untuk menginap bersama keluarga. Selain itu, anggota staf Patrick sangat ramah dan membantu. Ada toko serba ada di sebelahnya, jadi nyaman.

Ini adalah lokasi yang sangat nyaman. Sangat nyaman untuk pergi ke mana saja. Anda dapat berjalan kaki ke Lotte dan kereta bawah tanah juga sangat nyaman. Ada juga banyak restoran santai di dekatnya. Kantor polisi dan bank juga berada di seberangnya. Saya sangat puas dengan kunjungan saya.

Staf yang sangat ramah, kamar yang tenang, bersih dan nyaman. Satu-satunya keluhan adalah kamarnya sangat panas bahkan di musim dingin, bahkan dengan jendela terbuka dan hotel tidak memiliki AC. Namun, staf memberi kami kipas angin.

This is a great hotel, with a reasonable price and great staff. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, with a safe in the closet where i could lock my passport during my stay. Great location near a pedestrian shopping street. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 4 nights and had 3 rooms. The room was tidy and alright. The personnel who clean the room are always courteous. However, the personnel at the basang were not particularly welcoming, especially since it was close to the 10 am closing time. However, i would say the entire experience was enjoyable, especially with the personnel at the front desk, nara. I would give her a 5 out of 5 for her outstanding service and patience in guiding us whenever we needed it. It is a huge asset to your hotel.

Nice place, close to many good shops, easy access to the metro. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially narada at the front desk. The rooms are a bit small but overall recommended. Nice facilities, such as gym laundry.

This place is easy to give a 5star rating! The room was spacious, we had a large soaking tub, and the location was excellent, close to all tourist attractions. The best part about al is their customer service. We left our earrings there and they held them for two weeks until we were able to pick them up, and then discovered our hair curler, which we didnt even realize we had left. 10/10 great service! Will definitely be my go to if im in sydney.

Lokasinya bagus, tepat di depan kantor polisi, sehingga keamanan di sekitar aman dan ada supermarket tepat di bawah, jadi nyaman. Stafnya sangat ramah dan kamarnya bersih, jadi saya sangat puas dengan harganya. Saya akan menggunakannya lagi pada perjalanan saya berikutnya ke Seoul.
