Refillable amenities such as liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in the guest rooms and are available for free use.

Amenity set includes: 2 toothpastes, 2 toothbrushes, shaving gel, razor, cleansing cream, cleansing foam, lady’s set, feminine cleanser, and shower towel. (The contents of the amenity set may vary depending on the property.)

A contactless self-service zone is available on the first floor.
Disposable chopsticks and spoons are provided free of charge.

Items available for rent at the front desk: mobile phone chargers, hair straighteners, board games, and mini massage devices are available for rent in the lobby. To prevent loss, please present your ID when borrowing items.

The hotel front desk also offers storage for cakes (refrigerated), suitcases, and backpacks.

The hotel provides complimentary ice packs during front desk operating hours, with ice pack provision, cake storage and pickup services available from 9:30 AM to 10:30 PM; please note that the front desk is unattended outside of these hours, and these services may not be available


*Notice for Check-in*

All guests are required to present a valid ID upon check-in. In accordance with Article 29, Paragraph 4 of the Youth Protection Act, please note that refusal to present identification will result in denial of entry. Cancellations or refunds are not possible in cases where entry is denied due to reservations involving minors of different genders. For special room types with a maximum occupancy of more than two people, groups of three or more of mixed genders (except for family units) are not permitted.

This property is a non-smoking building. In accordance with Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act, a fine of KRW 100,000 will be imposed for indoor smoking, along with an additional cleaning fee of KRW 200,000 for deodorization, and you may be asked to leave the premises.

Please note that excessive damage to laundry, wallpaper, or furniture may result in compensation charges. The use of tape for events, as well as fire hazards such as fireworks or explosives, is strictly prohibited. Any damage or fire caused by such items will result in liability for compensation.

Rooms may not be used for purposes other than accommodation. For any commercial video shooting, please contact us in advance.


*Room Usage Guidelines*
In accordance with Article 153 of the Commercial Act, all cash, valuables, and valuables left in vehicles must be stored at the front desk. The property is not responsible for any loss of cash or valuables that are not deposited at the front desk. A fee of KRW 30,000 will be charged for lost room key cards. Excessive noise caused by drinking or loud behavior may result in eviction without a refund. In cases of damage to or theft of room property, criminal charges may be filed depending on the circumstances. OTT services such as Netflix are available free of charge, but only with your own account.

*Additional Information*

1. Room rates are based on double occupancy. For special room types that allow more than two guests, an additional charge of KRW 11,000 per person will apply. Extra bedding is not provided.
2. Check-in and check-out times can be confirmed at the time of reservation. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to additional charges (KRW 10,000 per hour).
3. No additional charges apply for consecutive stays on weekdays. However, an extra charge of KRW 30,000 will be applied for consecutive stays on public holidays, the day before public holidays, Fridays, and Saturdays. The hotel is not responsible for any disadvantages caused by failure to acknowledge this information.
4. Only one vehicle per room is allowed. Additional vehicles will incur a charge of KRW 10,000 per vehicle.
5. In the event of a cancellation due to circumstances of the property, a full refund will be provided.
6. Room information may change at any time due to circumstances of the property, and the property is not responsible for any disadvantages caused by such changes. Same-day cancellations or changes due to personal reasons are not allowed.
