[2026 Rooftop Pool Operation Hours/Information] (19th Floor)
This facility is exclusively for hotel guests.
The water depth is 1 meter (children’s pool: 0.6 meters), and it is a year-round heated pool maintained at an average temperature of 30–32°C (jacuzzi: 36–38°C).
During peak season, only guests who have booked a pool package may use the pool, and it is limited to once per night per stay. (No usage limits during off-peak periods.)

Peak Season (July 17 – August 31):
 1st session: 8:30–11:00
 2nd session: 12:00–14:30
 3rd session: 15:00–19:00
 4th session: 19:30–22:00 (Adults only, ages 19 and above)

Off-Peak Season (January – July 16):
 1st session: 08:30–11:00
 2nd session: 12:00–18:30
 3rd session: 19:00–21:00 (Adults only, ages 19 and above)

★ Important Information ★

From July 17 to August 31, the rooftop pool is available only for guests who purchase the full package.
Access is available with an additional payment upon check-in. The entrance fee is KRW 20,000 per adult (children under 48 months enter for free).
Using the pool without a full package reservation will incur an additional fee and may be restricted due to capacity limits.
A credit card must be presented at check-in. Check-in may be denied if the physical card is not provided.
The name on the reservation voucher must match the actual guest's name. If not, check-in may be denied.
Guests under 19 years old can only stay when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
All rooms are non-smoking.
Lotte Hotel Rewards points cannot be earned from January 1, 2023.
Toothbrush and toothpaste at L7 Haeundae: As part of the “Re:think” campaign to reduce single-use items, toothbrushes and toothpaste will no longer be provided for free starting April 15, 2022. Guests can purchase them from the unmanned MAXI BAR next to the elevator on the 3rd floor.

- Regular maintenance is on the second Monday of every month (4/13, 5/11, 6/8, 7/13, 9/14, 10/12, 11/9, 12/14 - excluding peak season), and only the 3rd shift operates.

(Part 3 on maintenance days is not for adults only and is available to customers of all ages from 18:30 to 21:00)
- Operations may be suspended due to weather conditions such as heavy rain and typhoons.
-Running, jumping, and diving in the swimming pool are prohibited, and the hotel assumes no responsibility for accidents or injuries caused by customer negligence.
- For children 48 months or younger, usage is only possible when wearing a waterproof diaper.
Customers with tattoos are requested to wear covering clothing or tattoo patches.
