The room was a bit warm after we went to November, but after about 45 minutes, the air conditioner was blowing hot air out. The hotel staff has admitted that they don't care about people smoking in their rooms and they don't enforce fines. The room has a bad smell and makes you feel like smoking, but the smell is disgusting. The breakfast was okay and the mattress was very comfortable.

I was very impressed when I arrived, and the receptionist was very friendly and diligent in checking. The room and the bed were as usual in the Ibis red, exactly as anticipated. The only issue I have is how many foods there are at dinner because they had so many things on the menu, so I was surprised the food was too close to my expectations. I asked the receptionist to check because everyone was so courteous and efficient, but in particular mania provided fantastic service.

Overall, I wouldn't stay in this hotel again, and this experience has put me off booking ibis in the future. This place is incredibly unpleasant. In the room, there is a smell of weed and cigarettes. When you enter the room, there is a sigh that states that you will be fined $50, and the hotel personnel has said they do not care about people smoking, and they will not enforce the fines. While you may smoke, it is probably alright, the odor is perverse. We arrived in November, the room became a little too warm. I switched the air conditioner on to the cooler setting, and after about 30 minutes later, I discovered that the air conditioning was releasing hot air. I made sure I was using it correctly when I checked with the personnel to make sure it was working properly, but it didn't work. Extremely basic accommodations. To be honest, I'll also emphasize the positives like the location is excellent if you have a vehicle, not far from the zoo, theme park, and mall. The mattress was quite supportive, and breakfast was adequate. However, the pillow was awful.

Our hotel is located just 9. 3 miles (15 km) from Madrid. The nearby A42 offers direct access to Toledo and the center of Madrid.
