I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to everyone. We were a group of 6 women on a bucket list vacation. The 3 bedroom 3 bath apartment was fantastic. It is very large by european standards (I was pleasantly surprised how spacious it was) had a fantastic view of the Matterhorn from our balcony, had a great view of the mountains, had a great location making walking to the bus stop for skiing and the walkingability of the whole town so easy. They also offer a shuttle service to and from the train station. We ate breakfast there twice. We could pay for the mornings we only wanted to eat in our apartment kitchen. The food was good and varied. The staff was very nice and helpful. Sent extra pillows upon request. Answered all of our questions to satisfaction. My only criticism is the towels. They are thin and small. They could use an upgrade.

We still strongly advise staying at this hotel when you visit zermatt. This hotel will make your vacation in zermatt a wonderful experience! Our family had a large, clean room with a mountain view. When you open the window, you can enjoy the fresh air of the mountain region. The hotel is located in the town center, but it is still very quiet. It takes us only 5 minutes walk to the restaurants. The beds were clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is very clean and nicely decorated. We love the wooden floor in the room and the granite floor in the entire way. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of western breakfast. The only thing we felt sorry about was that the water tab in the bathroom was a bit broken. They told us they would start the renovation soon. We hope it will be improved after the renovation. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My family and i had a wonderful stay at the jaegerhof. We got two double rooms with a view of the matterhorn. The rooms are clean, very comfortable beds and sheets and newly renovated bathrooms. One of them also had a bathtub. Its nice to soak your body in hot water after a long day in the snow. Jaegerhof will pick you up from the train station. Breakfast is delicious, selfserve espresso machine. The only minor issue (which may be a positive for some) is that it is farther from the center of town. For example, if you want to hike to the Matterhorn viewpoint, you have to hike 25 minutes (half of this uphill hike. Not terrible. But more than you may want. On the plus side, this hotel is quiet because it is away from the bars, which are usually in the middle of town. Even though the jaegerhof is rated 3 stars, i believe it deserves a 4 star hotel!.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Booking direct gave some bonus during our stay. The hotel is only a short walk from the city center, but free pickup from/to the train station was an additional benefit if you had luggage. Breakfast is good. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant one evening and enjoyed our meals. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the jägerhof! Clean, quiet, reasonably priced, delicious food, and excellent service. We were given a room with a balcony and a view of the Matterhorn. It was also a short walk to town and the gondolas that take you up.

This summer, we are returning to the Jacobhoff because we loved it so much. This was our first visit to the Jagerhoff. For those sleeping in, their breakfast is delicious and served late. When they heard we were leaving at 600 a. M., they prepared breakfast early for us. Our 3-bedroom apartment had an amazing view, and it was really affordable since we booked early. Book through their website, not expedite, or hotels. Com, and theyll give you jagerbucks that you can use for free food and beverages in their restaurant or bar. We also had the meat fondue at their restaurant, and it was much better than the same dish at the pricey Say Cheese restaurant in town.

Excellent. At the zermatt train station, there is a shuttle bus available for pickup and dropoff. Walking is not too far. Its roughly 900 meters away in a straight line. The breakfast selection is quite extensive. A selfservice coffee maker is available.

Kami tinggal di Hotel Jagerhof selama 4 hari (setengah papan). Setelah panggilan singkat dari hotel, kami dijemput di stasiun kereta dengan layanan antar-jemput hotel dan barang-barang kami segera dibawa ke kamar kami. Hotel ini jauh dari keramaian dan hiruk pikuk, kami menerima sambutan yang sangat ramah, sarapan dan makan malam dengan 4 menu yang sangat baik. Kamar sangat bersih dan modern, dengan pemandangan Matterhorn yang luar biasa. Yang paling penting adalah keramahan tulus dari pemilik dan seluruh karyawan di Jagerhof. Ini adalah kunjungan pertama kami, tetapi jelas bukan yang terakhir di hotel yang indah ini!

Zermatt is always beautiful. However, it can be better at times. The wall. For five days, we stayed in three very clean and tidy rooms. People were very kind, and the breakfast and dinner were both excellent. We made a quick reservation, but they were very helpful and did everything possible. Thank you so much to everyone.
