Amazing hotel! Very clean, super friendly staff! My husband and I stayed for one week with our small you poodle. They provided a pet bed with dog bowls and free water for my little dog, he loved being here. The pool was awesome for the dogs too, there is no pool for us just the dog pool. You can use it but will smell like a dog lol! The cafe on site is very quaint and has great options for food and coffee, also have special food for your pet to eat with you. Their dogs on site are very friendly and playful too. Very lovely hotel, highly recommend starting here!!

Hôtel très mignon avec des chiens tres bien dressés. Le service est très agréable mais ne parle pas un anglais impeccable. Très bon séjour un peu à l’extérieur du centre historique de Chiang Mai. De nombreux bars dansants autour qui permettent une meilleure ambiance.

This hotel is amazing and budget friendly ! The staff are so helpful and so sweet to see them with the dogs. Room was modern and clean, was perfect for our 4 night stay during the loy krathong festival in November. The hotel is walking distance of all the main activities during the festival, highly recommend

เป็นโรงแรมขนาดเล็ก ไม่วุ่นวายดี พนักงานดีเยี่ยม สุนัขพักได้ มีที่นอนให้สุนัขด้วย(มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มจ่ายตอนเช็คอินได้เลย) อยู่ในเมืองแต่ต้องเข้าซอยสักนิด เป็นโรงแรม เพ็ท เฟรนลี่ ได้สมบูรณ์แบบจริงๆ มีสระว่ายสำหรับสัตว์เลี้ยง ไม่ต้องกังวลว่าสุนัขจะวิ่งออกไปนอกถนนที่นี่มีประตูถึง2ชั้นป้องกันได้ดีมาก ตั้งใจพักคืนเดียว แต่ด้วยความเป็นส่วนตัวดีเลยพักต่อทั้งหมด4คืน แนะนำที่นี่เลย ไม่เชื่อลองมาใช้บริการกันดูครับ

Our family of 3 enjoyed our 2 nights stay at Ketawa. Our booking includes the a-la-carte breakfast which was wonderful. Staff was ftiendly, and the resident dogs were simply adorable and huggable *muak*. Hotel is also within walking distance to many eateries by the river and night market. Will definitely stay at Ketawa again on my next visit to Chiang Mai.

For any animal lovers, this place is simply the best. Friendly staff, chic and comfortable room and adorable dogs to play with. The cafe onsite also offers a great selections on their menu and amazing coffee. Simply the best hotel that I have ever stayed in Thailand! It was hard to leave.

We were very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the hotel staff. Our room is very chic and comfortable and has everything that we need. We are very happy as well with the great selection of food and drinks at their cafe and to have a chance to get to know all their adorable dogs. Highly recommended to any animal lover. My favourite hotel among the other two during my stay in Chaing Mai. Staff was quick in response to my request and willing to offer help like booking cheaper transportation and gave me useful suggestions. The dogs are clean and happy to play with everyone.

We were warmly welcomed by the staff and we loved the hotel design and atmosphere. The hotel is very clean. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The staff had answers to all our needs. It is nice to stay somewhere that is not merely a "cut and paste" hotel. Ketawa is a place we will remember.

This place should is adequately priced for the surrounding area. It was quite nice especially since many things are walking distant away. I chose this location because it was remotely outside of the city square and I cannot complain whatsoever. The staff are quite friendly and will help you if need be.

Lovely hotel. It's not very big but that made it nice and homely in a way. The staff are so lovely and more than happy to help organise any trips you want to book. There is a little cafe and a pet shop too! They are dog friendly but I loved this as I was missing my dog from home so the little pups there for doggy day care cheered me up when I was missing her. It is not right in the centre but close to a couple of nice bars and restaurants and walking distance to the night bazaar. Would stay here again if I ever came back to Chiang Mai.
