Nous avons passées un séjour magnifique, la chambre était propre, literie excellente, le petit déjeuner génial avec des choix indéfinis entre le sucré et le salé, il y a même des glaces pour les enfants. La piscine super, ainsi que la plage qui se trouve en face. Le Rooftop magnifique ainsi que le restaurant. Le personnels très gentils, serviables, souriants, polis, disponibles, à l'écoute je tiens à dire un grand merci à CHACHA, ASHANN, MIAWMIAW, SU et tout le reste de l'équipe est incroyable rester comme vous êtes ne changez pas. L’hôtel se trouve à une heure du centre touristique. Nous allons revenir avec plaisir encore merci pour tous ses moments passés avec vous. Malgré le fait que nous avons du prolonger notre séjour par rapport à la guerre vous nous avez fait une réduction de -50%. On vous embrasse très fort et à bientôt.

Erst kürzlich eröffnetes, neues Hotel. Das Hotelpersonal ist enorm, freundlich und zuvorkommend, Das Personal beim Frühstück ist manchmal überfordert, da einfach zu wenig Mitarbeiter da sind. Manchmal ist die Milch der Kaffeemaschine leer, manchmal gibt es kein Besteck, das kann man sich aber besorgen und ist kein großes Problem. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, sehr geräumig und relativ ruhig. Nicht so hellhörig wie in anderen Hotels. Teilweise sind die Zimmer auch mit Teppich ausgestattet. Der Hausflur ist mit Teppich ausgestattet, die Türen schließen leise. Gut zu wissen: 90 % der Urlaubsgäste sind aus Russland Die Liegen am Pool sind knapp und schnell belegt, gegen Nachmittag wird die ein oder andere liege frei oder man legt sich auf die liegen im Pool. Schön angelegte Pools, vor allem die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss haben direkten Zugang zum Pool. Rund um das Hotel sind einige Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Ich empfehle eine Aufenthaltsdauer von 7 Tagen für das Hotel. Den Strand erreicht man in 3 Minuten und muss eine Straße überqueren. Liegen und Sonnenschirme gibt es am Strand nicht, dafür aber Handtücher vom Hotel und Strandmatten. Wir hatten Übernachtung mit Frühstück und das Frühstück ist sensationell, selten so ein leckeres Frühstück mit so viel Auswahl gesehen, obwohl wir schon weltweit unterwegs waren. Einfacher Checkin und Checkout. Es gibt täglich kostenlose Transfers vom Hotel zum Phuket Porto und zurück Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, kommen gerne wieder

The perfect retreat for couples in love! Very nice, new hotel that is right next to a beautiful, quiet beach, away from the hustle and bustle you normally expect in Phucket. Food and drinks at the restaurant and bar were great, but service was a bit slow.

Et helt fantastisk ophold, hvor værelserne var rigtig gode og servicen helt i top! Det eneste man kan påpege er området, det er ved at blive bygget, men på 10 minutter kørsel var man inde i et by område med massere af spisesteder og små butikker. Maden på hotellet var vildt godt, klart det bedste vi har fået på vores rejse rundt i Thailand.

Property is new and rooms are luxurious but the hallways aren’t air conditioned, some menu items we ordered and they brought out the food and it was missing items. Property isn’t really close to any eating or activities and they do not offer transportation anywhere. Staff is friendly and could see the area growing in 5-10 years.

Rommet var veldig lite og trangt. Ca 20 m2 ikke 30 som opplyst. Åpen løsning mot bad/toalett. Treningsrommet var alt for varmt. Tror det var uten aircondition. Få alternativer til mat. Det står at det er tre restauranter, men de hadde kun frokostbuffet frem til klokken 11. Det var fokus på mengde - ikke kvalitet på frokostbuffeten. Veldig trangt mellom byggene. Solen kom ikke til. Hotellet ligger ikke på stranden. Men kort vei dit. Ingen solsenger eller tilgang på håndklær på stranden. Må ta med selv. Generelt veldig mye feil informasjon om hotellet. Generelt veldig mange dårlige løsninger mht logistikk. Kronglete. Mange nivåforskjeller som viser dårlig planlegging med byggingen. Ikke opplyst om at det kun var ett alternativ for nyttårsaften til nesten 7000 bath per pers. Ikke den kvalitet som 5 stjerners bør ha. Positivt: Gode senger. Hyggelig personale. God mat på takrestauranten.

The rooms are surprisingly small by Thai standards as they try to cram in as many rooms as possible with paper thin walls. The breakfast is expensive for what you get. The service is probably the main reason I gave this rating. The check in took more than 20 minutes, the staff did not offer to help with bags. What was the icing on the cake was the check out which consisted of being pressured to vacate the room earlier than the actual. Heck out time so they have time to check the room. This led to me awkwardly sitting for 35 minutes waiting for them.
